I recently rented their incredible Mercedes Party Bus for my friends bachelor party Louisville, Kentucky, and it was an experience that exceeded all expectations.From the moment I contacted them, Jason was super helpful, their team went above and beyond. Their lot runner who brought the party van to our hotel (I believe his name was Steve) helped us load everyone up and even gave us the best tips for restaurants and night spots to visit. We were 9 above average sized guys looking to travel in style and give our friend Luis last night as a bachelor a touch of class to make him feel like a celebrity and their van delivered. Everywhere we went people would stop and stare, they thought a famous celebrity was pulling up. It was impeccably clean, luxurious, and had all the amenities we could have wished for to kick off a memorable night.They were super easy to work with and offered an unbeatable value. Great customer service. Steve & Jason were attentive to my needs anytime I called or text. Ramon the chaffuer was always near, extremely patient and provided the best expertise of safety getting my daughter and her date to/from places. The Escalade was superb and 2025 Prom was a success. Wow…very disappointing experience on what was supposed to be a magical day. Shuttle van was 45min - 1hr late to take my daughter (the bride) and her bridesmaids to The Olmsted for her wedding…we missed out on an hour of photography…the driver was sitting at the wrong address…which we gave him correct address numerous times prior. We could not reach him because his phone was dead. That’s not even the worst part. I figured the owner would reach out to me to talk about this unfortunate event and see how we can make it right. I texted Jason at least 5 times…and absolutely NO response from him. I received an apology from the actual driver, but Jason has yet to respond to my many texts or request of a discount or refund. But what bothers me the most is, he couldn’t even respond with a simple apology, “I’m sorry about what happened on your daughter’s special day” or even just, “I’m busy, I’ll get back to you soon” Nope. Nothing! I shouldn’t even have to reach out to him…As a professional business owner, a heartfelt apology should've come from him the very next day! That’s really all I expected. But to ghost a client is so unprofessional…I’m just shocked. Then again, if he is not staying in Louisville as often, he is probably not as attentive to his clients needs. I’ve never had to write a bad Google review in my ENTIRE life. I guess there’s a first time for everything! Surprisingly we have many mutual friends…and they are just as shocked as I am.

WOW- what an experience I had renting from these folks. I flew into town and the rental car at the airport I had arranged ended up being a disaster. I decided to search around for an exotic car to have some fun for a few days while traveling for business. Steve was absolutely fantastic made the expedience unforgettable. I chose to rent the Ghost since I needed some space to carry some clients around for a few days. the car was full of gas and spotless when I picked up. Steve made a bad situation for me turn into an amazing experience with his company. I will definitely use them again for my next trip.
