Heads up to anyone new to Lyft renting a vehicle from here , your return deposit takes up to 2 weeks (350$) .. also 40$ full coverage , please read their contract before signing anything !! Always check the car with them during your pick up and after drop off ! Highly recommend getting a different service if you use multi ride share .
September 05 · Johnn AntonBeware!! It starts out good with them giving you a vehicle and all. Just keep in mind if you get into an accident. Even if it's not your fault, they'll still charge you a deductible and other fees to your account. Even after they already got the money for the rental damages from the insurance company. From the other persons insurance, that is at fault for it. Lyft won't be able to help you because they can not see anything on their end. All Lyft will say is take it up with flexdrive. If you call flexdrives' phone number, they will tell you they will only take care of the balance. At this location, all they will say is that the case is still open. All I've given is the run around, and they won't put me into another vehicle. After it's been proven, it's been proven not to be my fault. Just keep in mind that if you rent from them, it's only a matter of time...
