We have 6 kids and needed a van over Christmas that had enough seats and Bleu Car was one of the very few who had anything. Our insurance was only giving us $25 a day so they offered us a van with hail damage (really didn’t look too bad) which was discounted, a discount we sorely needed! They were amazing with communication, on the ball with everything, car was immaculately clean, pick up and return extremely smooth.One note: The pick up location is not where it’s marked here on google maps. It’s in KCK like other reviews state and in a bit of a sketchy area which made us nervous at first that this wasn’t a legit business. But don’t let the location fool you, they are very professional, fair and responsive. We highly recommend(Photos taken on our return after a month of use…it was much cleaner when we got it)

June 19 · Shirley WrightI hate to do this but I must be honest in hopes that this will help others. I rented this car (kia Sorento suv) from turo for a trip to Dallas from Kansas City, KS but everything about this rental process was sketchy. First of all I had to pick it up from a really rough looking establishment behind an alley, no one was there for the check out process. This neighborhood was off 18th street in Kansas City, KS with no signs of a real business, there were stray cats lingering around the front door. I knocked on the door but no one ever came to it, no one was answering the phone either...so I reopened the email the host sent me with the instructions on how to retrieve the keys from the lock box, once I got the keys I turned on the car and immediately a check engine light came on. The inside of the car wasn't the cleanest either, plus it smelled a tad weird...almost like someone smoked in it and then tried to cover it up with some spray. I drove the car to my house but during the drive to my house I heard alerts going off, there was a blinking red triangle with an exclamation mark inside, I also noticed a lot of leaking fluid from the car. I got back in the car trying to figure out all the odd sounds and alerts, I then called the host over and over again. I sent messages but no response....infact I was trying to communicate with the host ahead of my trip as well but no response at any point either, that should've been my first sign that this was a sketchy situation. I ended up contacting turo customer support for assistance so they tried to reach the host multiple times but was also unsuccessful so they agreed to refund me if I agree to immediately return the car(kia sorento), they were going to tow it back to the host but I decided to drop it off instead. Turo asked me to take some photos and then call them back after the car was returned, so I did that. Once I got my refund the host started texting me all of a sudden. The host was very nice but unprofessional. A phone call would've been nice instead of a text message asking "whats going on?" I asked if I could call the host to talk to them directly because I didn't want any communication mixups. Once I got on the call with the host they insisted that the car was safe,and claimed the check engine light was due to some issues of someone leaving the car running while getting gas. The host said the leaking substance was actually condensation even though it was a huge puddle, I've never seen that much condensation. Oh did I mention the car had so many dents and dings in it, it definitely was in some kind of accident before. I explained to the host that I didn't feel safe driving it to another state, the host seem undersand but again promised the car is safe. Against my own judgment I was going to get the car back because the host convinced me that the car was safe, the host asked me to contact turo...but when I called turo they told me the car is deemed unsafe, listed as disabled and I cannot rebook it. Turo informed me they already spoke with the the host and they are aware the car is deemed unsafe but the host kept trying to get me to rent the car anyway. The host wasn't rude but the way they conducted business was unprofessional and sketchy. I think the host has dealt with this before but tried to mislead me...just based on our conversation. The host was not honest in the listing, I regret going through turo and will definitely not do it again as it was a huge headache. Im not sure if I would've been protected if the car had broke down while I was on the road in another state, I hope this helps others make a more informed decision. If I could give a negative five stars that would be more accurate.Edit....(June 17, 2024)The host(Bleu Car LLC) spent last night sending me harassing private messages through the turo app. The host also left a negative review about me full of personal verbal attacks on the turo app in retaliation because of my review of their business. June 18 · Tiara H.I would give negative stars if possible. They allowed me to book, and when I arrived it was the most suspicious run down building I’ve ever seen with zero cars in the parking lot. They took my card info and confirmed my booking and we received absolutely nothing and had to replan the whole day last minute. They do not answer the phone and you cannot leave a message or get in touch with anyone. This place is a scam and I believe that all good reviews are made by the “owner” on fake accounts. There is no possible way that this is a legitimate functioning business. I am now concerned about what they will do with all my personal information.
