One of the rudest people I’ve ever spoken with honestly. We had trouble with our car and had to exchange it midway through our trip, when I called to extend our reservation because we could no longer make it back before they closed and they treated me as if I was inconveniencing them! Ugh. What a terrible experience.

My son rented a car for me on 8/9/24. The service was efficient and extremely nice - in and out with no problems. I returned the car on 8/16/24, and once again they handled the entire process efficiently and timely. Additionally, while I was waiting for a car service to pick me up, all four of the employees offered to give me a ride home after I had been waiting for close to an hour. They were very thoughtful and kind to me. They displayed the same kind of service to three other customers who came in while I was there. Eventually, my ride came. I would definitely rent a car from this establishment if the need arises.

Reserved online just to get there and they told me they had NO cars available. Like, hunh? How do you have no vehicles? And why even have reservations if no cars will be RESERVED for you when you get there. Such an annoyance and inconvenience! Wish I could give -0 stars. (Can't speak to all the other Budget Car Rentals but this is the one specifically on Taylorsville Rd.-JTOWN)
