Steering was super sensitive and shook when going over 60mph, and was driving my boyfriend to work in the rain in the morning and we hydroplaned going 50mph and swerved into the guard rail which then caused the car to flip. My air bag went off, but the passenger side did not and my boyfriend like I said was with me. We almost died. The car was totaled. I was left with a broken collarbone and a busted eye socket, and my boyfriend was covered in bruises and scratches protecting me. Then after the accident I do some research and come to find out there’s multiple recalls on 2023 Kia souls and 2 of them happen to be air bag failures and steering failure. I’m completely confused as to why a rental company would rent out a car that has these type of recalls?? I’d like to see the maintenance history of the car. And the worst part was even though I had bought the insurance, which I didn’t even need because my OWN insurance would’ve covered it but they told me better safe than sorry, I lost my deposit after almost dying and for 5 days of having the car I paid over $800. That is OBSURD for the lowest class car they have there. Will never be using enterprise again. And you will be hearing from my lawyers.

Nearly no wait for pickup and drop off.Vehicle itself was fine, unfortunately it was recently smoked in and wasn’t a pleasant experience to ride in the car. Even with the windows down it didn’t help too much and running the air con made it worse.
September 27 · William “Will” LaplacaWaited 30 minutes for a car to be “cleaned”. Got the car and it wasn’t dried and not clean. The windshield had bird excrement on it and dead bugs. The individual that “assisted” me tried to gaslight me and say that it was clean and that it was “dry spots”. Also, the tank is only half filled which is a huge inconvenience. No apologies for the wait or dirty car. The least they could have done is properly clean and dry the car. If they couldn’t do that then just give me a car that is ready. The individual that helped was gaslighting me and told me that the car would be ready in 5 - 10 minutes…. 30 minutes later! Do not go to this location unless you want to deal with people that are horrible at communication and lie.
June 19 · Ashley MunguiaI needed to be picked up to get the rental car. They were late, I was waiting outside. Then this car that was at my neighbors mailbox, honked at me. I asked if he was with enterprise and replied yea. He didn’t even pull into my driveway or to my house. Completely unprofessional, then I got into the car that had all the windows down and the passenger seat reclined all the way back. I could smell that the employee just smoked weed, which I’m assuming is why all the windows were down. The employee drove recklessly back to enterprise. Where they tried to give me the same car as a rental. When there are clearly marked signs that say NO SMOKING IN VEHICLES. The other employee proceeded to the vehicle and confirmed the smell. I had to wait an additional hour for a rental vehicle. To each their own but you absolutely should not be sending impaired employees to pickup customers. I’m honestly shocked he didn’t get us in an accident, he was messing with his phone and touch screen the entire time and was driving recklessly. I honestly don’t know how he even has a license. I would like a manager to contact me about this.
