Enterprise Rent-A-Car Introduce
For residents and visitors of the eastern Kansas City metropolitan area, the Enterprise Rent-A-Car location at 9720 E State Rte 350 in Raytown, Missouri, serves as a vital community resource for all vehicle rental needs. As a local branch of a globally trusted brand, this office combines the extensive fleet and professional standards of a major agency with a dedicated, neighborhood focus. Whether you need an emergency replacement vehicle, a minivan for a family vacation across the Show-Me State, or a truck for a home project, this Raytown location is positioned to help Missouri users get on the road quickly and confidently.
This specific Enterprise Rent-A-Car branch proudly identifies as a women-owned business. By choosing this location for your car or van rental, you are directly supporting local, diverse entrepreneurship within the Jackson County area, contributing to the economic vitality of the community while receiving world-class service. This commitment to local business values often translates into a higher level of personalized customer care.
While one customer review highlights an experience that was "seamless and stress-free," praising the "immaculate" customer service and accommodating staff, another review raises important points about transparency and communication, especially concerning insurance rentals. This latter account underscores the crucial need for renters, particularly those involved in accident replacement, to be highly vigilant regarding all pricing and upgrade agreements, and to confirm coverage details with their insurance agent before signing off on any rental upgrades. The review serves as a critical reminder that while the staff can be "so nice," as one customer noted, the responsibility for understanding the final contract, especially in insurance-paid scenarios, ultimately rests with the renter to prevent unexpected costs like those associated with "Luxury Upgrades" that may not be covered by a policy. However, the initial positive sentiment about the general customer service quality and pleasant staff experience ("everybody was so nice") suggests a high standard of front-line interaction.
The Raytown location’s accessibility is a key advantage for local Missouri customers. Situated at 9720 E State Rte 350, the branch is strategically located on a major thoroughfare that connects Raytown directly to the broader Kansas City metro area. State Route 350 (also known as E 350 Highway, as one customer referred to it) provides excellent access from neighboring communities like Lee's Summit, Independence, and the southeastern parts of Kansas City, Missouri. The 64133 zip code confirms its strong connection to the local populace, making it a convenient choice for neighborhood residents who need a short-term car or van rental without having to travel to the airport or downtown.
For all customers, the branch ensures physical accessibility with a Wheelchair Accessible Entrance and Wheelchair Accessible Parking Lot, making it easy for individuals with mobility challenges to conduct their rental business. Furthermore, the availability of a Local Customer Pick-Up Service is a major convenience, especially for those whose personal vehicle is unavailable and cannot easily reach the location. Note that while a Pick-Up Service is available, After-Hours Returns are unavailable at this specific branch, so all drop-offs must occur during standard operating hours.
As both a comprehensive car rental and van rental agency, the Enterprise branch on State Route 350 in Raytown provides a full spectrum of vehicle hire and ancillary services designed for maximum utility and convenience for the Missouri traveler:
- Diverse Vehicle Fleet: Offers Enterprise's large selection of vehicles, including economy, compact, mid-size, and full-size cars for general commuting and travel; a variety of SUVs (compact to full-size) for family and cargo needs; premium and luxury sedans/SUVs; and specialty vehicles like pickup trucks.

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I went to the Enterprise on 350 highway and everybody was so nice. The customer service was immaculate and they accommodated me for my needs. Thank you again you guys I will always choose Enterprise
October 07 · Chrustina HardyI have had a good experience here in the past but the most recent time I was here I feel like I was taken advantage of. I was hit and was getting a rental through the other person's insurance and got assigned this location. I confirmed a reservation on the phone with the location but they did not tell me that my reservation was for 7am.. so when I arrived around 10:30 they said that I was late and they gave the car to someone else. So in my time of need, I said please I'll take anything I just need to get to and from work. So Enterprise Employee Dylan told me that they had one car left but it was going to cost a little bit more. In my mind, the cost didn't matter because it was being paid for by insurance, so I agreed. In this moment, I had unknowingly agreed to a "Luxury Upgrade". So when I agreed, he told me there would be a co-pay with the insurance and took $100 in what I assumed was a deposit. Once I get the vehicle, its a new SUV and it smelled like weed and cigarettes. I was more concerned with getting to work that day so I didn't mention it and I stick with this vehicle for the following 3 weeks required to get my car back from the service center.I get another call saying that my reservation had been updated and they would use my card on file to withdraw another $100 and I was taken aback by this. I confirmed with my Progressive agent that I WILL NOT be responsible for any co-pay and that everything will be taken care of. Fast forward to checkout and they charge me the final $300 of co-pay. I made sure to get an itemized copy of the receipt and I go back to my Progressive agent. He informs me that if they are unable to give me a car matching the car I own/was involved in the accident, they need to clear it with Progressive and that charging me the difference was in breach of contract between Progressive and Enterprise. When this was brought up by Progressive with the representative at Enterprise, they blamed me saying that I verbally agreed to a Luxury Upgrade, which would not be covered by insurance. All of this to say, I'm very frustrated that I spent $500 on a rental car related to a car accident where I was not at fault and was assured by insurance would be no cost to me. I feel like I was not given adequate information by Dylan, the person who helped me at Enterprise and due to my immediate need of a vehicle that I had assumed would have been reserved, was pressured into making a decision on a "Luxury Upgrade".Please contact my Progressive agent as to where you can direct my full refund.
July 08 · Madeline HayesThe vehicle I rented was there when I went to pick it up , clean, and my transaction went as planned. The new manager has definitely made a difference at this location. Thanks
October 17 · KharyDylan handled the rental process quickly and efficiently. While was busy, I was able to hear Holly handle a client on the phone in the dam professional manner as Dylan. In fact, it sounded as if she was trying to find a solution to something.Overall, the visit to this location as simple, easy and fast. Sure, they didn’t have the vehicle I wanted and made a comment about it but nothing disrespectful or insulting. Having a vehicle present is what’s most important and I’m thankful for that.Thank you to Dylan.
February 05 · ZEPRAT GERNODT (ZEPRATGERNODT)I put a reservation online on May the 2nd and I a few days later I called to confirm it. I got confirmation that it will be read, and then the day before I called to see if I can get a pick up and drop off. They said that the vehicle that I reserved isn't going to be available for me the day of. It would had been nice if y'all seen my reservation and called me as soon as y'all know that y'all won't have anything available, I had to call and confirm the reservation myself. Thats not a very good customer service. Now I am stuck without a vehicle because every where else doesnt have one available.
