Customers had to wait because the location had No cars. How are you in business with No cars. I had to cancel my reservation, miss personal appointments and reschedule travel for the inconvenience. I did not receive a call to say that there was an issue and there was No ETA on when a car would be available. There were multiple customers that had to wait for a car to be delivered. I would give this a zero and not recommend.

I get dropped off there and they say they dont have the rental a full size sedan but they do have a nissan rogue for $8.00 more. I say if you are booking cars you dont have why am i getting charge more for your inventory problems. This feels like bait and switch you advertise the lowest price knowing you dont the cars. The person behind me was told the same thing they booked a car the day before a compact car and he was told no rentals and he offered him the rogue for $15 then said $8. Im sure if i did not show to pick up the car i would have been charged the full price for a car they did not have. I have been here now for an hour and half already late for work and no resolution insight. Thank you hertz
October 01 · Larry MckinneyI had an appointment to rent the vehicle at 08:00. I got there and I was informed they did not have the vehicle I requested. They offered a F250. I explained that would not work do to the cost of gas. They then said my vehicle was enroute from High Point, NC. I was told it would arrive any minute. At 09:15, it still had not come. I request a red Traverse and it was covered in dog hair from previous renter. I explained I did not mind and I was informed that it could not be rented. I asked if another vehicles was available and at 09:26 I was told I would be given a white traverse. I said that would work as I was behind on schedule. As I finished the paper work for the vehicle change, a male came and took the keys. I was told that vehicle was also dirty and needed to be clean. I was told that it was one vehicle a head of me and I had to wait. At 10:03 I was given the vehicle as the vehicle I originally ordered arrived. The vehicle that arrived was dirty and very damaged. It had huge dents and cracks. I was then told I should take that vehicle since it arrived before I left. I explained I would not want that vehicle and requested to take the traverse. As I mad it to pick up my family I learned the left second roll seat belt did not work.Later I checked my account an I was charged a 65 dollar hold, a 456 dollar hold and 294.47. I called in and was told 294.47 was the cost of rental and 223.93 was the cost of insurance. I was told everything else would be reimbursed. I asked about why the fees were charged and I was told it was just a hold. However the hold should have only been for 200.I was told I have to wait 3-5 days for any possible reimbursement I explained that I now have multiple charges on my card I did not authorize and was told it was standard procedure but all the charges say miscellaneous.This has been an horrible experience.

I now have to drive 45 miles to the airport in a dirty car just to get a car that I can actually drive .this is the last time I’ll ever rent from Hertz
October 16 · Nyree WilliamsThis location is extremely slow. They have no sense of urgency. Sat in the lobby for 30mins before anyone spoke with me and then they saw someone before me who came in after me. Then they had no cars available and I had to take a car that was just returned with less than 1/2 tank of gas, had to wait for them to barely clean it. I strongly suggest going to Enterprise for your rental needs in Burlington.
