You’ll wait hours here.Update: It’s amazing that they think renters who pay 1200-1500 per month for their cars deserve such a shabby office and setting. Admittedly, the guy who helped me was quick and pretty nice, this time. But still, there’s not a staff smile in the place. And, although after returning the car, received an email detailing the charges for the entire rental period I received a notice later that day for another processing of the weekly change- for a car that I didn’t have any longer. Called and was told it was just a routine process but that there’d be no charge. Well, they DID charge it. And, two weeks later I’ve been charged YET AGAIN … and now I’ve been on the phone for over 50 minutes to get that corrected.I dunno, Uber rentals are an important part of the business at Hertz. You’d think the big company and local staff would have some motivation to present a nice, polished office and similar attitude. If I could give it a ZERO, I would.

In a sea of negative reviews that I see about this place on here, there is one employee that stands out apart from the rest that is an exceptional and professional person who treats his customers with respect- and that person is Michael H. Michael H truly went above and beyond my expectations and I wanted to take the time to recognize and thank him for the assistance that he gave me regarding my rental renewal. Thank you Michael, and I want everybody else to know that it's not all bad here.... There are individuals such as Michael that are standing out and giving exceptional service every day at this place, and that's why I wanted to take a moment out of my day and recognize this person and let everybody know about my experience. June 11 · AmazeMe FazeMeIf you like sitting for hours and watching employees gossip, this place is awesome! I arrived to my appointment 10 minutes early. All the employers were very polite and did not harass me by saying hello or trying to annoyingly help me. Luckily you don't need to break up the employees gossiping to check in, what you do is walk outside to an unmanned booth and scan a qr code. After scanning there were only a few glitches to sign in, but once you do you're good. After that I got to sit for 45 minutes wondering if the login thing worked or not. Eventually a dude called my name and let me know none of the vehicles i pre-ordered to rent were available. That's understandable, i only pre-ordered a few days in advance. Anyways he told me to go look in the parking lot to see if I was ok with a downgraded model. I did so and came back after 30 seconds to give the ok, but he was gone. I'm assuming he went to lunch because I got to sit there for another half an hour listening to the employee gossip, very fun. Once another employee was bored enough they decided to help me finish up the rental. Overall, highly recommended if you like things like bashing your head into a wall.

They will do anything to put you on a tesla, from giving you a car in really bad conditions, im talking vomit stains all over and scratches, they will refuse to find you a better car. No one willing to help, everybody on a bad mood, i don't get why they are so hostile.
