★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Horrible experience from about two years ago. Firstly, I did not have enough documents to rent the car. I am not complaining about that. I know that that is policy. I am complaining that I mentioned, before I was going to leave, that the worker's shirt made me uncomfortable (her breasts were practically hanging out and there was lots of cleavage). Her attire was extremely inappropriate. Instead of acknowledging this elephant in the room, she got very mad at me. Her manager came out of the back room and nearly put his hands on me. I was leaving anyway, tough guy. Seriously though, I'm trying to be helpful. If you want to be a respected car rental business, then dress appropriately.
August 12 · D MEveryone was nice. The process was short and simple, easy to deal with through my insurance, and they put me in a really nice vehicle for a very comfortable and satisfying experience for my second rental ever better than the first time I appreciate your services thank you maybe ill try the Durango next time if you get an explorer or Tahoe lmk lolWell here we are a year later and I was lied to. I bought a 2018 Ford explorerhad to take it to the shop and have it worked on. My insurance covers it. I had to get this rental for two weeks. They told me over the phone they'd put me in something similar to my vehicle in size and everything, at first they offered me a Equinox that didn't have AWD, that wasn't going to work nor was it the same size they said. The only other option would be a Rouge that has AWD also not the same in size, getting in the car I couldn't even move, my legs are wall to wall from door to center console. They also of coure have a no smoking policy that they ask us to uphold yet this vehicle smells like Marijuana smh. This vehicle completely uncomfortable and I am disappointed with the accommodations and the fact that i was told something different over the phone.Thankfully Alex was really cool said they would let me know before or by Friday, if they would have something more accommodating for me. They called today Wendsday and said they had a 2023 Ford Expedition to my surprise, and I am pleased. It's a lot more comfortable and a smoother ride. Thank you enterprise. I am greatful for the replacement!
February 19 · Maurice YoungJohn and Hannah are extremely helpful and I couldn't be more satisfied as a customer. They both went above and beyond with customer service! John explained the process and made sure I was satisfied with the car I rented and Haley was professional while picking me up and dropping me off at my home. Wouldn't choose anyone else to rent a car from!
May 13 · J CriseI have always had a good experience with Enterprise. But not this time I asked if they would please come and pick up the vehicle because I was injured and did not think I should be driving it back. They refused. I even offered to pay extra, but again the answer was no
