★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1On August 15th, 2025, I had an issue with a Budget rental and found myself stranded in Latrobe, PA. While I was trying to figure out what to do, I overheard a gentleman at the Enterprise counter say, “We’ve got cars — make a reservation and let’s see if we can help you.”And that’s exactly what they did. The staff at Enterprise at Arnold Palmer Regional Airport in Latrobe went above and beyond to make sure I had a vehicle. Thanks to their effort and support, I was able to get my son checked into college on time.I truly appreciate the professionalism, kindness, and dedication of the Enterprise team. They turned a very stressful situation into a positive experience, and they deserve praise for their outstanding customer service.
August 26 · 941mgnt100% recommend for all your rental car needs. The manager Justin is amazing to work with and is very knowledgeable. Drew was also amazing upon pick up and dealing with me as I can be ditzy at times. All and all I wouldn't go anywhere else the friendly atmosphere and nonjudgmental vibes were more than I could ever ask for.
July 02 · Carry ArmstrongI am a common customer at the Latrobe Enterprise. Representative are very inconsistent some reps allow what other reps don't. It would be nice to be told what is need to rent a vehicle while on a conformation of rental call rather then wait till I get there to tell me what's needed it makes it highly inconvenient that I get there and don't have all information need. When other time it was never even asked for.
August 16 · Felicita PerezLong story short, we have spent at least 16k on these rentals over the last 5 years because there was nowhere else and every time, the vehicle isn't ready, needs an oil or tie change, needs cleaned, whatever. And then they still hand us a dirty vehicle. This last time, the van was 3 hours late because somebody from corporate had it, so that shows how they feel. Then we got a flat and after 3 hours of waiting for a tow truck, they told us to CALL THE POLICE AND ASK FOR A RIDE. ENTERPISE, THE NATIONAL CHAIN, TOLD US THEY CAN'T GET US A RIDE, GOOD LUCK.The tow truck they order was from Stroudsburg PA, over 3 hours from Ebensburg where we had the flat, and we were told no less than three times that they'd be there in 90 minutes from our call. What takes the cake, in my opinion, was the phone operator reminding us that it was indeed 10:36 pm, which was when the tow truck was supposed to be there after 4 calls. As if we hadn't looked around the parking lot for a tow truck for 3 hours trying to get home. She then told us they'd be there at 11 at the latest. Then we called the actual tow truck driver who said he was over an hour and a half away.So because enterprise didn't care to line up a ride, I rode with a stranger to get a car of a friend, which I had to jam 7 passengers worth of luggage into, then unload that car, load another car, and then pick up my fiancee and mother-in-law into, because we couldn't leave their precious car alone.Cut to the following day, after the tow truck driver instructed us to leave the keys. The tow truck was cancelled from the night before, but it was meant to arrive at 4:21am, just a shade off that 90 minutes, eh Enterprise? They then, tried to hold us liable for their car, which didn't work and stranded us, and they didn't send a tow truck for, and didn't tell us that until 4:21amI'd also like to add that there was no discount applied to this rental; zilch. So this was something they've seen before and deemed it standard.Enterprise, how would you like to fix your immense lack of planning? How would you like to explain leaving us stranded in a city we don't know and telling us to call the police for help? Even better, explain to me how you still charge full price for failing to uphold your end of the bargain.TL;DR Enterprise stranded us, told us to call the cops for a ride, charged us full price for the rental, and threatened to hold us accountable if something happened to the car.
July 06 · Steve PlummerI had a reservation for a premium car, but I was downgraded to a regular car. I arrived an hour after my reservation, and the car wasn't clean. I ended up driving a downgraded vehicle but paid the premium price. Additionally, the car was given to me with only half a tank of gas. What kind of service provides a half tank? The staff at the front desk, one girl and two guys, seemed upset. Based on this experience, I would warn others not to rent from Enterprise. I plan to share my feedback on other platforms as well.
