The entire team here is a joy to work with, professional, friendly, and attentive. Even though this branch is a little out of the way for me, I would gladly drive here again because the service is unbelievable. I had forgotten two checks in the car and they quickly called me and had everything ready, which shows their attention to detail and genuine care. Thank you again, especially to Jessica, for the outstanding service. I will definitely be back here for all my future rental needs.

Many times I have seen only one team member trying to help customers, clean vehicles, and try to get the returns fuel replenished. I hardly blame them for oversights when they are expected to handle EVERYTHING, solo.My first vehicle had 1/8 of a tank of gas and a tire pressure light on. We filled the fuel and tires and the light went off. The next morning the light came on again so I needed a car swap. The next car they loaned me had 1/4 of a tank of gas but I was offered a nice upgrade to cover the fuel and swap inconvenience.I think this location needs more staff or needs to validate that shifts are being covered according to what is being paid on time cards. Something doesn’t make sense. I will return because it is convenient and the team is super nice.
October 06 · Melanie BalestroGot to say it’s been a very disappointing experience so far. Scheduled a car and to be picked up at the collision repair 2 miles away. Called and called with no answer, left on hold for more than 20 minutes. Took an uber here to find only one person working. While she is handling very well, thee are 6 reservations waiting to be picked up. This ONE person has to check reservations in AND clean the vehicles. There was zero chance I was going to get picked up - do not count on them for giving you a ride. I can see why they scrapped the “We’ll pick you up” marketing slogan. Triple this girls salary, she’s doing three people’s jobs. Enterprise, do better.

October 03 · Chandra BeereI had a reservation from my insurance company. When I arrived, they had only one vehicle available and a very large damaged cracked windshield. The person at the desk told me it's my responsibility to find a car at another location. He also states he has no access to anyone else's databases. All it would have took was a phone call. I worked as a manager in a store for over twelve years, and I've always had the option to call another store to find something. I'm sure he could have done something. Do the employees stand for the company? And to offer a vehicle with a large amount of window damage is unheard of. He also mentioned my reservation is good at his location. But when I called my insurance company. They said the reservation is good at any Enterprise. So, believe it or not, within 5 minutes 2 calls, I found a nearby location. Just remind you, I did not have access to the "Enterprise databases," I just called. That's what customer service is supposed to do.
