June 27 · Rosalyn MartinI was staying at the Hilton practically next door and decided to try 2 one-way rentals so I didn't have to worry about parking fees and my own car. The location seemed super convenient.Loading my stuff into the hotel room took a bit longer than expected because it was busy. When I was finally able to drop off the first car, I saw the gate was shut and found out that they didn't do after hours returns. I had to pay to park overnight in the surface lot between here and the Hilton and then finally drop the car off soon after opening the next day.When picking up the other rental for the trip home, I checked in online and arrived almost exactly at the specified time. This location had more customers waiting in it than any other rental car place I've been to that wasn't at an airport. Service was extremely slow. It took roughly an hour and a half to finally get a vehicle, and they had to send more than one car over from their other location on Ted Turner.+1 star because the staff was cordial.
September 02 · Kristin TWriting reviews is not my thing, but I was moved to do so by one employee at the Courtland St office in ATL - Joseph!I rented a vehicle last week and it turned out to be the smoothest, most efficient, and hassle-free experience, thanks to Joseph at this Courtland St, Atlanta office. He has restored my faith in the car rental business. He did not try any high-pressure tactics to get me to purchase any additional products, did not argue with my insurance proof (a lot of agencies do), and was nice enough to offer a few concessions for things beyond my and his control. Joseph is definitely going places in his career, and I highly recommend this pick up location and Enterprise Car rental!
August 30 · enna morganReserved the car for this location at 303 Cortland St. NE. for an 11 AM pick up today. Everything went fine online with the online reservation. I took an Uber to get here and showed up at 11:00. Parking lot packed with rental cars, employees fully stocked at the checkout counters. I showed my reservation and they asked immediately If I could please come back at 1 o'clock because they didn't have any cars. I'm like no I need the car now, why would I come back at 1 o'clock, I'm here now? I made the reservation for an 11 o'clock pick up. And they said there was nothing they could do. So I said if I come back at 1 o'clock, are you actually going to have a car then. And they said, we should. Not yes, not absolutely, not we guarantee it, just we should. Are you kidding me? So I canceled my reservation. So why even make a reservation for a certain time if you can't accommodate the request. That's like making a reservation for a nice restaurant at a certain time and they give you a confirmation that it's received, and you show up and they just say you need to come back in two hours, like it's an expected thing. I remember several years ago Enterprise used to be my own client at an advertising agency. They were such a cool car rental company. They would even deliver a car to your house when you made a reservation. We worked on their employment advertising and they were probably one of the best clients our entire company had and we had a good majority of Fortune 500 companies in our lineup of clients. It just seems to be completely different now. It's so incredibly easy when you're making a reservation online for the system to say hey, we cannot accommodate your 11 AM request, can you move that to 1 o'clock, we'll have your car then. Like insanely easy to do this. Like retail outlets won't sell you something if they don't have the item to sell you. You can even sign up for a notification on your phone when the item comes back in stock or you can backorder it and say here's what's going on and I'll take it when it gets here. Enterprise rental car? No we'll take your reservation and we know you're going to get here and it's gonna be insanely inconvenient for you to go back to where you came from once you're here because you have no vehicle, so sit down right here and wait half a day for a car to show up that you thought was gonna be here when you made your reservation. We got you.
August 12 · Rob SmithI don't know the name of who helped me earlier today, unfortunately, but he was extremely helpful and nice. I could tell the staff was a bit overwhelmed - the young lady at the desk answered multiple phone calls and simultaneously had to deal with a seemingly unruly customer - but she handled it with grace. The service member who helped me return my car gave me some great advice for the future when renting cars, and promptly got me in and out. I was in an accident a month ago and still don't have my own car, so this was not an easy or happy task, but they made it as simple as possible.
