They were prompt in picking me up from my location. They quickly got me checked out and into a nice 2025 Toyota Camry. I was pleased with its performance. That car gets very good gas mileage! I had it for almost 2 weeks with no problems. Thank you, Enterprise!

After having the reservation verified and the vehicle verified for the location I was left hanging and almost ruined my whole weekend. This location wasn't even checking its notifications about reservations. They didn't have any Vehicles available but made no effort to advise people with reservations of the situation. I was waiting for an hour and a half for pickup with no notification that I was never going to be picked up. If I hadn't have called to complain about not getting picked up I would have never known that my reservation was worthless. The employee said that he was the only one there on a Friday and didn't have time to check notifications. That's even after he said he didn't have any vehicles for the last 3 hours so that meant he wasn't busy processing any Vehicles out he just wasn't looking at notifications. So every notification that came to that location got left hanging after they had confirmed their reservations. As usual he tried to blame everything on how the system is put together as if he's not part of that system. His location received notification of my reservation and request for pickup. He decided it wasn't important to check notifications because he was busy at a location that had no cars to offer. Total disrespect for customers and their time patience and patronage. I absolutely will try somewhere else before I come back.
October 10 · Big Will's Auto RepairWorst experience ever, got to location with confirmation only to be told they did not have any cars i called customer service was told management would find me a car was never called no one would assist me after numerous attempt to contact management or corporate no one would respond! Don't rent here. ZETO was the manager on location worst customer service!
July 27 · Henry LunaI had a car reserved. When I arrived. There were no cars available any where in Greensboro or surrounding areas. Also Hertz required me to pay $84 down to reserve the car which was none refundable. So they didn't car if we fot a vehicle or not. They cause us tremendous hurt and embarrassment. We missed the funeral for a dear family member and we list $84. People need to be made aware. Others have had similar experience. And I found out that Hertz owns Enterprise.
