August 16 · Alan HsiehThe reason I have been choosing National and maintaining a card with executive aisle access is to have a nice selection of vehicles to choose from. 14 identical Nissan Altimas and 1 Toyota Camry in executive aisle is not a choice - it’s a joke. I tried to politely ask the staff if more choices would come available soon, and was told sternly I should’ve rented a large SUV if I wanted one (I never said I wanted one, just not another Nissan Altima with zero suspension…).Separately, though not necessarily the fault of National, the city run bus system from the airport to the rental car facility is very mismanaged. It took us four buses to finally get on, and the drive spent five minute rearranging and squeezing everyone in to add only five more people when the drive is only 5 minutes. They need to keep it moving, not meticulously fill every bus. From curbside to leaving with the rental car was an unacceptable 43 minutes!!! It also took 14 minutes to get to the booth to checkout with the car.

October 13 · Myshelle McClainIf you need a rental car, I highly recommend National Car Rental at Midway Airport. Get the app, join the Emerald Club, pick the car type you want. I recommend premium. Skip the counter, go right to the floor. Then choose the vehicle you want from that section. Or ask their friendly staff for assistance. Indulge you may get to drive a car you dream of owning. The cars are always clean and problem free. You can even text them if you have a problem, but you won't. It's just good to know it's there. Absolutely. The best customer service I've ever had.

He was able to service everyone and made sure you were noticed when you got in the long line. I appreciate the customer service he offered and really went above and beyond to make sure everyone had the right vehicle. I wish more rental car companies had someone like Trenton. Thanks again!
