Soooo the guy at the counter was honest and accomodating BUT yet again horrendous company to deal with. Went through a 3rd party site and reserved a Genesis SUV. Got there and was given a red Camry hybird. Was told they DO NOT keep luxury vehicles ever at the 1512 Main location and told to call customer service as it is a so called glitch in the system. What it is really, classic bait and switch. 4 lying reps later got a Nikki on the phone who stated there are NO supervisors on call the others before her lied about why they cpuldn't get a supervisor on the.phone. One who probably lied about their name and pretended to be a supervisor named Kam or something to that affect was as eggregiously incompetent and should not work any customer service ever. As a matter of fact why even answer the phone on the weekend Payless, your paying folks to tell people they can't help and call back Monday. Anyway finally got to Raquel yeah she was honest ,who said she couldn't help after listening to both myself and the nice guy at the counter. She made Case ID and that was that.Moral of story Avis /Payless knows there is an issue with their system allowing rentals at locations that can't support them but you have prepaid for a vehicle they all knew you were never going to get in the first place but the joke's on you they got your money. Good luck as you loop through their endless horrible IVR attempting to make them refund you for the difference.Whelp stay tuned for part 2 but you have been warned. Any lawyers want a good class action this company is asking for one because I now understand this happens frequently and people just give up..

March 24 · Kami Bolespicked up my card and it was sort of cleaned. However, there was a mcdonalds bag that was left in the car. The order on the receipt said 2 days prior to my pickup date. Then when i returned the car(in person at kiosk) I was told I was all good to go. Not even 3 mins later I saw a charge for not filling up the tank. Had to call customer service and let them know the tank was filled all the way up. AVOID THIS PLACE
