All the policies, rules, terms, and contracts mentioned below are to be followed before, during, and after renting a vehicle with life star car rental and by reserving a booking slot then placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read this page in its entirety, read the other pages linked to this page, and admit to having all your questions answered by life star car rental. You also acknowledge that if the policies, rules, terms, and contacts are not followed and abided by, you will be subject to losing your entire deposit, addition cost, and/or legal action.
All Rentals are subject to a refundable $350 security deposit. This deposit will be added after you have secured a reservation by placing an order at lifestarcarrental.com
Smoking Rules
1. Absolutely no smoking of any kind or you will lose your entire deposit. Life Star Car Rental is the sole authority in determining if a renter has smoked any material within the vehicle.
Refundable security deposit
2. At Life Star Car Rental, you will have the option to choose between having your Refundable security deposit held for 30 days after your rental is over or have your Refundable deposit refunded to you at the end of your rental but you will have to provide us with a valid credit card that we can charge if there are any unexpected expense that occur after your rental.
Unexpected expense can include:
- Damages to the vehicle during the rental period
- Tolls fees
- Parking Tickets
- Any charge from any source/company attributed to your vehicle during your rental period due to negligence or illegal activity.
Insurance Acknowledgement
3. We do not offer external insurance for rentals at this time. If any damage occurs to the vehicle that can not be covered by the security deposit, we will contact you and your insurance company to gather information and the funds to repair our vehicle.
Returning A Vehicle Late.
4. All rentals must be returned back to Life Star Car Rental at the agree upon time listed within the customers reservation (extensions will be acknowledge). If the rented vehicle is not returned at the agree upon time, then the renter will be fined two times (2x) the daily rate for everyday the vehicle is late.
If any rules, policies, agreements, or contracts mentioned above are broken during the rental period (plus extension dates), your deposit will be withheld entirely or gauged based on the cost of the unexpected expense. If the unexpected expense cost more to resolute than the $350 deposit, then the renter will be held liable to pay off the addition cost to fix the issue.
