Ive rented cars from here numerous times, and always have a great experience. The employees are wonderful and they keep things as easy as possible. The one thing I dont like about Enterprise is that when you book online, they dont tell you about the $300 deposit that is expected upon pick up of the vehicle. It gets returned once you bring the vehicle back, but it should be known about beforehand and included in the price. A lot of people might not have that money and its unfair to them. They could be relying on that money for other things.

Had to keep extending the rental as my car was still at the body shop. Sean was extremely helpful for the 3 weeks I had the car. I would definitely recommend this location! Thanks again!
July 30 · Nicole bullockI rented a vehicle and they gave it to me dirty and with a strong cigarette smell. Very little delicacy. After everything and after I gave the car back, they changed me 400 dollars for a insurance that I only used for less than 10 days. When I called to claim the receipt and the prove of that, they just said I used it and send me the receipt with NO information and NO dates, they did not provide me with the information I asked. Very little control and unprofessional when doing things. Do not recommend this company at all. Very bad experience.

I’ve been using Enterprise in Pawtucket, RI for years, not only because it’s close to home and I get a discount through my job, but because the customer service has consistently been great.Sure, like any busy location, there are times when there’s a bit of a wait, but the staff is always pleasant, professional and apologetic. You can tell they’re doing their best to handle a high volume with grace and a great attitude. Honestly, I sometimes feel bad for them and think they deserve more backup, but they still manage to keep things moving and make every customer feel seen and taken care of.To be fair, not every visit involves a wait, a lot of times I’m in and out super quickly. I also appreciate how they remember and recognize repeat customers. It makes the experience feel more personal, and they really go the extra mile to make sure you’re satisfied before you drive off.I was a little bummed to hear that Ryan, the branch manager, moved to another location, he was always great! But it’s been nice to see some familiar faces still around, like Andrea (who’s also so helpful), and I recently met Burrell (I think that’s his name) who seems like a good addition.The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is the vehicles, they can be hit or miss. I recommend to check with the staff during the walk through (take pics and videos if necessary) and don’t forget to check the back seats for any damage.

As stressful as that was, especially with a family trip on the line, Sean, the branch manager, stepped in and went above and beyond to make things right.He secured us both a Suburban and an SUV to ensure we could still travel comfortably. His professionalism, empathy, and quick thinking turned what could have been a disaster into a smooth and enjoyable experience.We were disappointed that the original reservation couldn’t be fulfilled, but Sean’s customer service truly made all the difference.
