I was taught to pay attention how people treat you when you’re at your lowest. I recently lost my father and reserved a rental to drive my family back to where we’re from to attend my father’s funeral. I received a call the day I was due to leave that the rental that the size rental I needed was returned but wasn’t road worthy and give them some time to locate another rental. Of course this gave me some anxiety as I wanted to be on the road sooner rather than later. A few short hours came and went when I received a call from Kendrick informing me that they had not 1 but 2 vehicles for me to choose from and that the vehicles will be larger but for the same price. I was in awww. I arrived to this location to find my options were a Suburban and a Sprinter truck. I wane with the Sprinter and it was such a great choice. My family had more than enough room to be comfortable and not get on my nerves while driving. We all really enjoyed that vehicle although it was extremely large and took diesel. The vehicle was easy to fuel and drive and I am grateful for the upgrade at no additional cost. Just a class act location. Thank you Kendrick for the 10% discount for the slight inconvenience as well. He really saved me money and I can only recommend this location highly. Very thoughtful and customer service driven. He truly deserves all the praise. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
May 13 · Melski LoveThis enterprise is garbage. They have the demeanor of nice but they over promise and under deliver. I was scheduled to pick up a vehicle. Tyler was nice but noticeably inexperienced and had to get direction from a coworker. He walked me to what he was going to loan out to me, the equivalent of my vehicle as preferred. That same coworker comes out and says they cant loan me that vehicle but instead showed me to a Nissan sentra which reeked of weed and other smoke odors. The coworker who's name I'll find out when I return the vehicle said that he would put me in a vehicle that I preferred the next day and to call them in the morning. I called at 1030 am and they said they had no vehicles and to call back at 4 pm. I called them several times and got the answering service each time and stayed on hold until the system said "call cannot be transferred." I called back several more times after that and instead of getting the answering service this time, I got an instant "your call cannot be handled at this time." I then tried calling from a different number a few more times and it was now going through to the answering service again these times and I remained on the line until I once again got "your call cannot be transferred. " I called back twice more from the second number and received the instant "your call cannot be handled at this time."This location is over staffed and for no reason because they have no vehicles, don't answer the phone, and have me believing they are going to actually assist with the customer service they claim to have. I will NEVER rent a car from this dinky location. If you want to rent Enterprise go to Kennesaw. Those employees are thorough, cordial, and expeditious. The Jimmy Lee location reaks of mediocrity... from the location itself, to the lack of promised vehicles, to the employee behavior. Thats my piece.

I was also impressed how he and the team dealt with pressure. Both time we came in there were many people waiting to be served. Gabe and his team were still efficient, calm and thorough. This will be.my go to rental location moving forward!!!

The employee gave me a rebate and I accepted the offer, paid and patiently waited while they prepared the car and washed it. After about another 20 minutes of waiting. The employee informed I could not have that car and that I needed to grab the vehicle I originally came in for. He tried to make up a lie which I flat asked him. So your sales manager dismissed the price you gave me? To which he replied. “I’m sorry I don’t make up the rules. DON’T TREAT YOUR BREAD AND BUTTER LIKE THAT. I WILL REACH OUT TO CORPORATE TOO.
August 05 · SteveReceived a call 0858a today, 09/21, about our vehicle that we were to pick up at 11a. We requested a van but they offered a pickup truck on the voicemail. They didn’t even contact my husband who is the person renting the car. We are confused as to why they called me. They intentionally didn’t call him. We are traveling with a family of 6. Where are we going in a truck? It is your job to find a similar sized vehicle. I do not recommend!
