They were also incredibly helpful when I wanted to extended some more days with the car. They made the whole process easy and stress free! Highly recommend!
August 06 · Joha R.I reserved a Ford F150. When I got there I was told the Ford had not been returned because the renters wanted it another day. The people at Enterprise told me another F150 was due in around 4pm. I was leaving at 3:30, so couldn't do it. I asked for a different F150 and they said there wasn't one, then they offered either a Jeep SUV, or a Chevy SUV. I took the Chevy, then I asked for a discount and wasn't given one.Enterprise has been in business for a long time and you should have this figured out LIKE, next to the Enterprise I was at was Enterprise trucks. They had a couple F150's there so should have been able to get one from there. I have worked for companies that did similar to that, and you could have a system in place to cover this. OR, have standby vehicles. Enterprise does good business and can afford it. The problem is that you don't care.
October 15 · Nathan SturreMade my reservation 6months ago, confirmed it ahead of time- and they still didn’t have my vehicle. Showed up at pickup time and they said they didn’t have one- we’re calling around like crazy to find one. 30 min after my pick up time they found one, but didn’t know how long it’d take to get it here. Was told it’d be 4:15- then was told they weren’t sure when it’d come. They wanted to drive me to a different location to get one. I’ve now been here for almost a 1.5 hours past my scheduled pick up. They refused to deliver the vehicle to my house, like they’ve done in the past when my vehicle has been late. Assistant manager refused to do anything for me- because I already got too good of a price. All they’d offer was to drive me to a different location and eventually cover a little bit of gas. Nick was a champ though- super great employee. The assistant manager was dismissive, offered no condolences or great solutions, and did not prioritize customer service, which is a value they have on their wall right in front of their desk. Again, Nick is great though.
June 20 · David GordyMy experience renting a car from the Roseville Enterprise was excellent! The online booking was fast and easy. Customer service was outstanding, especially Francis. I will definitely choose this Enterprise location again on our next trip to the Minneapolis area.
September 22 · Rebecca LRenter Beware!! Emily & Josh "the managers" needs some serious training in customer service. She thought doing her job was "going above and beyond". However, she didn't actually do her job at all. My rental was covered under a warranty claim. Emily decided to take it upon herself to not only bill me wrong (2 extra days) but also went ahead and decided to charge my account the entire balance of the rental. I called this morning and spoke with Josh, who didn't seem to understand the issue with withdrawing $500+ from an account within 1 minute before closing their office on a Friday evening. Leaving my account in a negative status for the entire weekend, and no way to even attempt to resolve any of the issue until today. Josh really didn't care at all about the situation. All of this could have been resolved with a call to the dealership. Which I did this morning for you Emily. I know you claimed you called and spent so much time on Friday on this, but I am so sorry to call you out, you NEVER actually called and spoke to anyone at the dealership. The only person at this store that had any type of understanding or empathy towards Emily's mistake was Jake. Mikayla, Emily and Josh, all could not care less about the situation. I highly recommend NOT EVER using Enterprise unless you absolutely HAVE TO!! Worst experience ever! Still fighting to get my money back!
