We rented off Kyte in Boston to travel out to Cape Cod for the day, the entire process was very straight forward and easy with very nice staff. We loved our VW Tiguan, was very clean and tidy.I mistakenly left my small handbag inside our rental car and was in a panic of whether it would be there or not. The staff were fantastic in helping me locate my bag which ultimately was left in the car. I have to shoutout Almere especially who was so helpful and kept in contact with me constantly. He was so empathetic and helpful and made our experience 10 times better.

In their site says you can pick up / return the car within a time frame of 2 hours, so we asked if the car was ready, but they answered asking us to pick up the car at 2 pm.30 minutes before our pick-up time, they contacted us, saying that they have had an issue with our reservation and the car would be available between 3/5 pm, not providing us with any other solutions.After several conversations, they gave us another type of car.All the communication process with them was really difficult!

November 28 · Neville HemmingCar was not delivered at the time it was promised. When I called they said they could get the car to me 3 hours later. That's not helpful. Got $25 in credit as compensation. Hardly worth it given the inconvenience. Will never use Kyte again.
