★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1DO NOT BOOK!!! If I could give zero stars I would this place needs to be closed down. There are so many hidden fees and the services is the absolute worst. The rental had a huge crack in the windshield along with another crack the resembled a bullet hole, which is a huge safety hazard. The rental was filthy, the side view mirrors did not work, the rear windshield wipers would not turn off and many of soft plastic inside of the rental were falling off. On the site it says they offer 24/7 pickup/ returns. THIS IS A LIE THEY CHARGE YOU ANOTHER $100 for doing “after hours” drop off. Worst of all when you call for assistance no knows what they’re talking about and are extremely rude. The original booking price is not much cheaper than using a commercial rental company don’t waste your time with these scam artist.

The location, though, when I tell you it was SKETCHY, words can’t even begin to capture how sketch it was. No building. No checkout counter. It was a picnic table and a machine tacked onto a piece of plywood. Car was clean and worked fine but AVR, get your act together and put some kind of something normal there. If I had been a woman traveling alone or going there at night, I would have had the driver keep going. It’s also INSANELY hard to find the Jiffy shuttle stop. It’s way down on the very bottom level of ATL, at the very end, with a sign so faded I wasn’t sure it was the right one.

The cars are only good to drive in and around Atlanta. Outside those boundaries, you take a chance. Even though I received a damage report, I had no idea the malfunction and warning light will continue to come on and beep as if the car would become disabled. They do not disclose the after hour fee if your flight leaves after there business hours. The owner/manger is NOT responsive. Budget friendly but not worth the stress

I’ve rent multiple cars monthly from other companies and this is one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had in a rental place. I pick the van up because couldnt find any other places where i could get such vehicle in such short notice time. At first was great actually made my reservation from Priceline. Priceline had a good deal in this AVR “rental place” where i was surprise couldn’t pass by that deal but then i get there and notice the van i was rental was completely destroyed in and out it had dings and scratches all over the van Interior wise it was in a worst shape, pieces coming off the seats juice stains all over the floor and on passengers seats.Reason on reviewing: The way they conduct business why charger a deposit if you still need to pay on front if you have the vehicle for a extra day USUALLY THEY CHARGE YOU WEN YOU GO AND RETURN THE VEHICLE BY DEDUCTING IT FROM YOU DEPOSIT.I honestly would never rent a Van or anything from this company AVR.Wish i had a better experience to put a better review what killed me it was that she really act like i was lying to them about not calling in to extend my day... October 02 · Frank GThe vehicle they used to pick us up from the airport in Atlanta is the vehicle they gave to us as a rental. We were not happy. The headlight on the passenger side was out. This was very upsetting because I'm from another state and was leaving a party at 2AM with my friends when we noticed it. I only noticed it when I was in traffic and saw the reflection on the vehicle in front of me. In today's environment, I don't want to risk being pulled over for any reason whatsoever. I called AVR and they told me I had to find an Autozone and have the bulb installed. AutoZone did not install the bulb because the headlight assembly had to be removed. They do not unscrew anything but the bulb so it was my responsibility to find tools to replace the bulb. AVR deducted the amount of the bulb from the final bill and $12 for the installation. This van was a 2017 but looked more like a 2011 inside and out. The tire pressure light was on the entire time. They told me that there is nothing wrong with the tired so just ignore the light. This vehicle should be removed from the fleet. This is also not the vehicle pictured on their site so we were shocked when we found out we would be driving around town in it. This was a very disappointing rental experience. If you have to book a large vehicle, you may want to look for other options.
