I reserved a Premium 4WD pickup but was given a dirty 2WD vehicle, which I only discovered after getting stuck on a dirt road and requiring towing assistance. This caused delays and forced us to change our travel route. Additionally, the vehicle had a broken taillight, which led to a police stop.I contacted National support and was advised to exchange the vehicle at Miami Airport. However, only a downgrade (a minivan) was offered, with no comparable vehicle available. This resulted in further wasted time without resolution.Upon returning the vehicle to the Jersey City location, I informed employee David of the issues. He acknowledged the problems and stated he would speak with his manager and follow up with me. Despite two follow-up emails from my end, I never received a response from either David or his manager.The entire experience was disappointing and fell short of the promised standards of cleanliness, safety, and customer service.
July 29 · Simon WGreat staff but nearly impossible to find. Zero signage to help you. The parking entrance is on 2nd ave. The national car parking is on the 8th floor of the garage. Then you have to take the elevator back down to the lobby to drop off keys at the national office.
