ReliaRide Introduce
For many residents across Northeast Ohio, reliable transportation is more than just a convenience—it is a critical link to healthcare, essential errands, and social connectivity. ReliaRide, a leading service provider operating out of Hartville, Ohio, specializes in meeting this vital need. This is not a traditional car rental agency for self-driven trips, but rather a dedicated non-emergency medical transportation (NEMT) provider and one of the largest wheelchair ambulette services in the state. They have built their reputation on the principles of reliability, compassion, and professional service, living up to their name by ensuring clients can truly rely on their ride.
ReliaRide operates as a family-run nonprofit organization, A Blessed Path, Inc., which means their mission is focused on positively impacting lives rather than maximizing shareholder profit. This commitment to community and care is evident in the overwhelmingly positive feedback they receive from Ohio clients. Their service is designed to take the worry out of getting to and from necessary appointments, allowing clients to focus entirely on their health and well-being. This ethos of 'going beyond the ride' is what sets them apart in the Ohio transportation landscape, particularly for vulnerable populations like the elderly, disabled, and those with economic challenges.
Their drivers and staff are frequently praised for navigating difficult situations with calmness, professionalism, and genuine care. For example, customers highlight the efforts of drivers like Brian K., who was commended for remaining "calm and pleasant" while proactively ensuring the safety of a client's necessary medical equipment during a potential service hiccup. Another client noted that drivers are "very safety minded" and that the vehicles are consistently clean inside and out. This high standard of conduct and vehicle maintenance demonstrates a true dedication to the safety and comfort of every Ohio passenger.

ReliaRide Reviews
Brian K. was the best! He was professional when things at the facility began to go sideways with potential to affect our ability to be on time for my mom’s appt. He remained calm and pleasant and helped to reduce our stress while we waited for them to locate another oxygen tank that he noticed might not be full enough to make the return trip. We appreciated him for rising above the difficult situation, for remaining pleasant and keeping things relaxed. Brian K. is an outstanding person and a credit to this company.
July 05 · Shelley MazzAll of our drivers have been wonderful. Tony was especially nice the other day. We had a hiccup on one trip. I appreciate Christian addressing the issue. Drivers are also very safety minded. Vehicles are clean inside and out too. Highly recommend.
July 26 · Melissa Quillin-GrignonBrian K is Amazing! Thank you for your excellent service and always going above and beyond.Keep up the great job Brian K!
August 26 · R SI highly recommend ReliaRide! I have used them quite a bit during 2024 and 2025 in the Canfield/Youngstown, OH area to get me to medical appointments because I have been in a wheelchair and can't drive currently. Out of about 5 transport services I have used, ReliaRide is by far the best! All the drivers have been pleasant, friendly and helpful. What I love the best, is they have been the only company to call me the day before a pick up to let me know the exact time they will be arriving within the scheduled pick-up instead of using the full 30 minute pick-up window all the time like all the other companies. They also have always arrived at the perfect time to get me to my appointments when I need to be there and not 40 to 30 minutes too early. That to me is priceless!! I have had especially great ride experiences with their drivers Hayley S. and Matt. Thank you ReliaRide for providing such an awesome service and great people in the most professional ways!
February 11 · Rhonda BMy first ride with Brian to dialysis with my new mobility scooter was a pleasurable experience. His attention to detail in making me feel safe and comfortable was beyond compare. He even went so far as to inform the driver who was picking me up just how to do it. He was so helpful. Also, the vehicle was nice and clean.
