With s small Turo fleet, I decided to sign up for his private rental course to explore expanding into private rentals.From the moment I paid, red flags started showing. The promised “first materials” were never sent; I had to follow up multiple times, and eventually received a recording of a conversation with someone else. The live classes were just one-way lectures where participants could only type in questions that often went unanswered or off-topic. Sessions were often rescheduled, and no recordings were shared, so you had to rely entirely on your own notes. Despite all this, I remained hopeful.ShaVarr strongly promoted buying economy cars through his group, claiming exclusive access to great deals and encouraging course participants to buy from them. Though I wanted to stick with mid-luxury vehicles, he convinced me to buy a 2020 Kia Forte with low mileage (40K). It was marketed as clean, ready to make money, and looked fine in the low-quality Facebook photos. The only visible flaw was white stains on the seats, which ShaVarr said his wife had personally cleaned.What followed was a nightmare. The vehicle took two months to arrive, with repeated excuses: recall issues, shipping delays, etc.When it finally arrived, I was shocked. The car was in terrible condition: all window tints were bubbled, rubber window trims and windshield wipers were melted, interior parts were missing, and the driver’s door handle looked broken into. It was filthy. Worst of all, the check engine light was on from day one.When I politely informed ShaVarr, he dismissed it, claiming the light wasn’t on before shipping. But anyone in the auto business knows how easy it is to temporarily clear a warning light. I spent hours at Firestone trying to get a diagnosis through their business account. The verdict? “Excessive oil sludge — engine rebuild or replacement needed.” Firestone advised me the car was unsafe to drive.I told ShaVarr I wanted to return the vehicle. He blamed a third-party seller and offered to fix the engine instead. By that point, I had lost all trust. I insisted on returning the car. The process dragged on again — they offered transport for $1,000+ with a 1–2 week wait. I found my own next-day transport for $575, with no prior contacts.Before shipping the car back, I asked for clarity on my refund. I was told I’d receive a full refund within a certain timeframe. Neither was true. Once they received the car, they delayed the refund with more excuses (vacation, etc.). In the end, they withheld almost $2,000 in fees. Add the $575 I paid for transport.To make things worse, the moment I expressed I wanted to return the vehicle, I was removed from the course — which I had paid for in full. ShaVarr later claimed the invites went to my spam folder, but that wasn't true. I had received all previous invites without issue.Throughout the entire experience, I remained polite and professional. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same about how I was treated. When I finally voiced frustration, I was gaslighted and blamed — for not agreeing to the repair, for returning a car that was clearly unsafe and misrepresented. Never mind the bubbled window films, melted trims, missing pieces, and the filthy state of the car — none of which were disclosed.What disappointed me most wasn’t just the money lost. It was the trust I placed in someone I believed shared my values. I genuinely hoped to build a long-term business relationship and learn from someone I thought was a role model in this space.I wish I had access to a review like this before getting involved. If you're considering working with 615 Auto Group or taking ShaVarr’s course, please proceed with caution. August 31 · Tatiana MI don’t do reviews really but I had to do one with this company. I had rented from this company previously for numerous of rental and for a long time rental. They are the best rental company I have dealt with. In the past I rented from Enterprise, Sixth, National , Dollar, Thrifty, but they don’t beat this company. This company care about their customers and treat them like family. And they treat you so much better than the rental company I listed above. So if you want to get a good value rental vehicle for your money and get treated with respect at the same time this is the place to go for your rental car needs. I hope my review will be enough to help you make the decision on your rental car needs.
November 04 · Maria SSeamless is the word I would use to describe this company. They take your information through email so all you have to do is be handed the keys when you arrive. Mr. Brown’s company could compete wort the likes of Hertz and Enterprise with their low daily rates and fair deposit fees. Mr. Brown runs a very good business and if you are in the metro Atlanta area o recommend this company. I rented the BMW X5 and had no problems.
