So I think my inbound experience was an exception & not standard.Once at Ace service was quick and professional. I got the cheapest available option when booking and was given a brand new Subaru. The car was great, check in and out was easy. The shuttle guys are super friendly and informative.My only complaint was getting there - but after knowing that was 100% not their fault 10/10 would recommend.

I got a brand new fantastic Toyota Sequoia with only 800 miles on it. The return is also quick and seamless, I was on my way 2 minutes after the return. Can't say enough good things about ACE. 100% recommended.
August 29 · Kaiwen ChenBad car rental dealing with the airport. I stopped at the airport. The agent there understood what was going on and suggested we go to the nearby location while we wait for a family member to come with their credit card. (We forgot the credit card and they said they could not enter it manually. it HAD to be inserted into the card reader). We went to the location near by. I explained the situation and they were informed someone else would be coming with another credit card. We went in and explained that at the new location. After waiting for at least 30 minutes for the other person to come we try to get our rental. There was STILL no understanding. Another staff member interjected in the conversation with the agent we were working with and said he was cancelling our reservations. After we expressed frustration of trying to get our rental for about 2 hours. The situation was escalated even when it didn't have to be and there was no resolution aside from our reservation being cancelled because he interjected in a conversation that did not involve him and we are supposed to leave in the morning. The actual agent we were working with was trying to be as helpful as she could be and was actually listening to us and how all these misunderstanding happened. Even though this agent who was escalating is the one we first met at the new location AND informed him that someone else was coming with their credit card to have on file. All he said was okay...NOTHING MORE. So excuse us for being irritated and confused that now you're saying there is nothing that can be done when I felt like we already gave the backstory of what was going on. He should have informed us then and there that it would not work out. Instead we were hopeful and came with a plan for another family member to meet us with their credit card just to be berated and turned around. Oh and he threatened to call the cops because we asked questions regarding why that wasn't explained earlier. He didn't have time to be bothered with a conversation I guess.
October 10 · NaeNae PharmsNot a great experience checking the car out. I had insurance through my credit card and they still tried to charge me extra. Checking in the car was awesome! Pulled the car up left the keys in it and the shuttle driver was right there and super helpful. He helped with instructions on where to leave the keys and had me to the airport in minutes. Great personality and super helpful.
October 07 · Michelle LymanBad rental experience. I requested a passenger van online. I had the option to choose a full-size or premium van—Chevy Express OR similar. When I arrived, Ace had the Chevy Express ready for me. They also had a Ford Transit sitting. I asked if I could get the Ford, and the guy two desks away said, "No." Confused, I asked why. I heard several excuses: 1. It's reserved, 2. It's only for corporate rentals 3. They don't have anymore 4. If I were to use my corporate account, I would still need to obtain approval from a district or regional manager. I asked what the difference was between full-size and premium. They didn't know. They said they only have one type of van. You have a Chevy and Ford on the lot, ma'am! 5-day rental for $1600, and you don't know anything? I even asked if they would have Fords available anytime soon. She said No. I asked even in the next few months??? She said No. After calling around, I decided to go with the Chevy. Either that or cancel our vacation. The agent did the visible inspection and handed me the key. Guess what? The key doesn't work. She gave me the key to the wrong van. I went back in, and the guy helped me. He drove the correct van to the front and performed a quick visual inspection. He said the key was in the van and have a good day. I got halfway home and took another look at the Vehicle Inspection Report and realized the report was for the wrong van. The van I have has 300 more miles and only a 1/4 tank of gas. WTH!!! I had to call corporate to report it. They suggested that I take a picture of the miles and fuel, and they added a note to my rental agreement.Car rentals at Ace may be fine, but they need to review their van rental policies, procedures, website (for accuracy), and train their staff properly.
