Joe was great and informative as well as friendly. He gave me an incredible vehicle that was comfortable and great on gas mileage. Had a great experience. He made it easy....I noticed another reviewer gave a shout out to Joe as well. Wanted to add that I rented from the Whitman office. Originally, my call went to the abyss of a call center. Person I spoke with was hard to understand and couldn't help me. I kept trying and ended up getting Joe who rectified everything.The generic recorded voice information also gave out misinformation and again, Joe gave me correct information. Very nice people in the Whitman office. I highly recommend them....persistence pays off.

I give this high rating only after contacting Whitman, MA location and dealing with Joe. He was excellent. Where the phone rep I dealt with before calling directly told me my rental was all set, when in fact they did not book it. I knew this as he said I would get text and email confirmation, which I did not receive. Upon calling the Whitmam MA location I received excellent help/service from Joe. .

Beginning with some questions immediately following booking, their staff went above and beyond to try to get me as much information as possible. The vehicle could not have met our needs any better, and both the pickup and return processes were smooth and easy. Being such a convenient location from which to rent, we wouldn't hesitate to return!
