I returned the car when they were closed new year day. Dropped the keys in the lock box as instructed. The next business day, they called and said my deposit has been returned and all is good. No run around just true business and customer service as it should be. That's hard to find now days. Top job. Highly recommend this branch office. Thanks for a great 3 day weekend. My hotel didn't honor my booking. Still trying to get a refund on that. So it's good to know that a professional company and staff is here at enterprise.

The team that worked when I got there rental car on the 30th was amazing the lady at the front desk was nothing but sweet and answered every question. I had an issue with the back tire on the first car, called two days later and they told me to come in and they will switch the car. They did and it was nothing but amazing. Gave me no issue switching to the Toyota hybrid I had gotten. Everything in a timely manner and very very clean! The guy I wish I knew names, who switched the vehicle was amazing!!! Not only did he answer my questions but he was so understanding about them and was so knowledgeable about cars!!! When I went to return it was such and easy process just checked the car and I was good to go, asked me how I enjoyed everything, that gentleman as well was nothing but great! And I was on my way in 12 mins! I would definitely recommend using them if you are looking for a good clean rental with accommodating people and great timing!
June 14 · katlyn fundWe reserved a vehicle with Enterprise several weeks in advance, expecting a smooth rental experience. Unfortunately, when we arrived to pick up the car, we were informed—after it had been cleaned—that it was unavailable due to needing an oil change. This should have been addressed well before our scheduled pickup.We were then offered smaller or unsuitable vehicles that couldn’t accommodate our luggage for an out-of-state funeral. Despite explaining the urgency, we were repeatedly offered lesser options at the same price, or upgrades at additional cost—despite this being Enterprise’s mistake. Only after firm pushback did they contact a manager and provide a larger vehicle at the original price. Still, we had to cover increased fuel costs for a vehicle we didn’t originally request.To make matters worse, the 2024 Wagoneer we received—while a beautiful and comfortable vehicle—was not clean. The inside of the windshield was dirty, the glove compartment still had sunflower seed shells, the exterior (a white car) was visibly dirty, and it was missing all floor mats. For a high-end vehicle, we expected much better presentation and care.We truly wish our experience had been better, especially given the circumstances of our trip. Enterprise needs to improve both its vehicle readiness and customer service approach—particularly when dealing with sensitive, time-critical situations.
July 13 · Mandana EganWhen I arrived to pick up my vehicle, they informed me that they did not have the minivan that I reserved. At first, they stated that I could not have a car at all. When I pressed them telling them that I was leaving for a trip shortly, they ended up giving me a very large SUV. While that did accommodate the same number of people, it was not as comfortable and used almost twice as much gas. They did not offer any sort of discount, or really even an apology. It was just a “sorry about your luck.” Would not recommend. I have never had this problem with competitors.

His customer service skills are horrific and he comes off condescending. Only reason I came to this company/ location is because I didn't have a choice. In the future please be considerate of peoples feelings and notice they are people too. I don't know if he was having a bad day but that's not my problem. If you don't like your job then find another profession. You shouldn't ignore costumers. Also, you should lead by example as a branch manager. I would rather deal with the other employees when I bring back the rental. He seems like he is miserable.
