Writing this review from the side of the highway, thanks to Enterprise. I picked up the car around 6 p.m. today, and as soon as I left the lot the tire pressure light came on. I turned right back around, but the rental office had just closed. Luckily, someone was still inside, so I explained the issue. He told me to pull into the bay, put air in the tire, and assured me I was “all set.”I was not all set. The tire is now completely flat, I’m stranded on the side of the road, and the store is closed. Not the kind of experience you expect when you’ve had the car for less than an hour. Thanks, Enterprise.

I was supposed to get picked up by someone, no one came. I get a ride to there finally by uber. I then sit for about 45 minutes while someone is “cleaning” the car. Yet they tell me a few minutes before coming out to the car that someone brought the key. I requested a sedan for insurance purposes because i have a certain budget while my vehicle is being repaired. Well, i walk out and it’s not a sedan. No help, no “we will adjust the price”. Terrible service and waste of my time.

Aiden took care of my reservation and they didn’t have the vehicle I requested so he gave me an upgrade for the same rate as the vehicle I had reserved everything went smoothly I’m going to have to rent again next month since my card in the shop and the mfgr is not backing up their warranty so it’s gonna be a while til I either get my car back with a new engine or end up purchasing another car, so until something changes I’ll be renting again

The staff in this Glen Bernie location is very professional and extremely efficient.I was able to rent a Van from them for $20 less per day than my local Enterprise location (20678).The vehicle was very clean and in good repair (except for shaky front right wheel, about which I informed them).They waived late fee for me in returning it an hour after return time.
