He said he and another worker were charged for gas even though they returned their cars full. Upon my return, there were no return agents at all. I took a photo of the tank clearly fillled over the F and also had my recipt. By the time I got into the airport, My receipt came and I was charged $46 as though I did not fill it. They did to me what I was warned they would do. I was shocked. I finally got an actual customer service agent on the line and they told me where to mail my phtos. a few hours later they confirmed they received them and I have to call in 24-48 hours to ask for my refund as they could not issue it until the charge was posted. I am only glad I checkd this and I am wondering how many other times this happened to me and I never bothered to check. I have been a loyal Hertz customer for decades. SOmeone should look into a class action litigation and identify how many times this branch claims cars were empty when they are not. I know many agencies bonus management when they recover revenue for fees and such. They lied, I proved it, ane even after I have proven it and they agree, I have to call back in one or two days for them to issue the refund. SO to any class action litigators, I think there is somthing here and I am happy to sign on with my proof that they tried to seal money from a longtime and loyal customer. I wonder how many times they have billed me when I returned it and I didnt bother to look. Normaly a great company but this BWI location should be investigated and management changed.

Unfortunately, my recent visit to the BWI Hertz location was very disappointing.We arrived 15 minutes before our reservation, but the agent informed us there were no cars available and that nothing could be done. She even placed a sign at the counter and stated that the next update would not be for another two hours.When we requested a refund, our request was denied. This experience fell far short of the service I have come to expect from Hertz, and it has caused me to reconsider where I take my business in the future.This begs the question: why do Hertz accept our reservation when there was no cars available and why couldn't they refund my money.

October 07 · Erica TaylorI am a very dissatisfied customer who rented a car overall experience was at unsatisfactory. I request a refund and I will never rent here again. I’ve checked in through my phone, which is very convenient when I got to Hertz. My car was ready as I was doing my inspection. I realize the card that they actually gave me an upgrade on had a flat tie. It was a Tesla. I didn’t went to ask for another vehicle. I waited over 30 minutes because some paperwork was needed to get another vehicle I asked to speak to the supervisor who never came down to speak with me I got another vehicle and that vehicle seats were not adjust at all, and it was another electrical vehicle in which I asked for a gas car and then got another vehicle which was filthy and dirty because the car wash is not up and running the check engine light came on Missing keys light came on Check engine oil light came on in the pictures below, you’ll see how many times I had to transfer vehicles you’ll see the lights that came on and you’ll see the time that I left. This is unacceptable a big inconvenience. I have prior engagements that I had to miss out on and I had to bring the rental car back earlier than intended. I request a refund I put in a complaint. I was told the complaint will be put in in someone contact me if need be I was also told because I booked through a third-party that I need to speak with them about a refund. I pay my money and I I’m very dissatisfied

I am a President Club member and they will not let me take a car out without being assigned because they are short staffed and out of cars.Hertz used to dominate the industry for service however, lately they have gone so far down hill I may stop renting from them.This is crazy, two employees at the desk with huge lines and neither of them could care less about fixing anything. Just takin their sweet time doing nothing.
