★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1The front desk was professional yet whoever had to speak to concerning the car drop off was Unkind and a little rude. It’s hard enough getting into a life-threatening car accident and having a totaled car then to be made to feel like your questions about a car drop off Procedures are dumb or insignificant. Not everyone in their lifetime has had to deal with renting a car. Even after that I encounter, I still thanked her for all the information she gave and she just hung up the phone. Not a is there anything else I can do for you or thank you for choosing enterprise have a good one no, I received a dialtone. So if you’re stressed already about a car accident you just got into I wouldn’t choose this location you may not receive Grace or kindness
October 07 · Savvy StylesI was directed to rent a car here while I was trying to get my car repaired. One of the associates Alex has amazing customer service and helped me out with my rental through my insurance. She's very thorough and gave me good tips when renting a car (checking for dings or scratches before I take the vehicle) and made the transaction very smooth. Was lucky to have her help me again when I brought the car back and that she remembered me from a week ago. Highly recommend those who need to rent a car to come here for great customer service.
April 15 · SharieDo not go to this Enterprise!! HORRIBLE experience! I will NEVER rent a vehicle from this Dale City location ever again ! I had a horrible experience from day one! I schedule a rental for a “midsize” vehicle while my vehicle was being repaired due to a car accident. I had taken off of work EARLY to schedule a pickup time with enterprise to be picked up at the repair shop where my car was going to be repaired. Not only did the employee show up a half hour later than scheduled, I never received a courtesy call or text from Enterprise to let me know that the employee was running late. I then get to the enterprise and sat for an additional 45 minutes while god only knows what these employees were doing. I’m then told that the only vehicle available was a Jeep Wrangler! I drive a Nissan Altima & my commute to work is an hour on 1-95 & 495. The LAST thing I want to drive is a damn jeep! I asked multiple times for another vehicle similar to a Altima but was again told that this is the only vehicle they had! Now it’s about 2 hours that I’ve been dealing with Enterprise and was getting ready to leave when a gentleman walked in and inquired about renting a vehicle and the same girl who gave me the jeep told the man “sure we have lots of makes & models to choose from” Again, I asked the girl for another vehicle and she basically said no! Not only did enterprise put me in a vehicle that I did NOT want did NOT request nor felt comfortable driving, it drained my rental limits with my auto insurance two weeks faster than it would’ve had I gotten a “midsize” vehicle that I requested. So, instead of me having the rental for the month that my car was in the shop, I had it for under 2 weeks. I called enterprise to speak with a manager, and the girl who gave me the jeep answered and had the nerve to tell me AGAIN that the jeep was my only choice. I asked her to speak to the manager/ supervisor and was placed on hold for several minutes just for her to come back to the line and tell me she’ll have a manager return my call… That was on 7/19/25 and still no word from a “manager” But they sure were quick to take my money for the insurance coverage which I did not want and did not sign for! My adjuster also advised that some of these enterprises will give people who have insurance claims more expensive rentals and tell them that that’s all that’s available because they know that if your car isn’t fixed by the time you’ve exhausted your rental limits, you will have to pay out of pocket for the remaining time that you may need it! And that’s how they get “screw” you!!!
August 06 · JoannI had a smooth and satisfactory experience with this rental service. The booking process was straightforward, the staff was professional and responsive, and the property was as described. Everything was clean and well-maintained, and check-in/check-out went without any issues. I would use this service again and recommend it to others looking for reliable rentals.
May 13 · Cheryl ThomasI just wanted to thank the manager of Enterprise at Dale Blvd. for his dedication and commitment last Friday. He went above and beyond to help me, and thanks to his effort and dedication, we were able to get the perfect car for the special occasion.I left the store with huge smile on my face, happy and grateful to have found exactly what we were looking for, and all made possible because of Eliah.Thank you from the bottom of my heart for making such a difference on such an important day.
