I have only rented from Enterprise since 1990. Cars are always clean, well maintained and smoke free. I have rented in Alaska, Canada, the UK, Ireland, Los Angeles, Cape Cod, Florida, and my experience has always been the same. Friendly staff, clean smoke free, well maintained, late model car with very low milage. No added fees. Just a nice reliable car and a friendly staff. I have rented from others but not been that happy with the staff, car and service. Keep up the good work Enterprise.

After trying to find a 12 passenger van by calling the main phone number, I tried to call the Falmouth location direct. The staff at this location assured me that they would locate the van I needed and have it available on the day I requested. We arrived a little early and the van was there ready to go! It was brand new and in pristine condition. The staff was incredibly nice and helpful! The process to pick up the van was super fast and we were out of the lot in under 10 minutes. I will definitely rent from Enterprise in Falmouth again!
