I was dealing with an insurance claim, and the team was so helpful sharing their experience working with insurance and letting me know what to expect to help me have a better experience.Had an issue with the first rental I got from them, they literally swapped it out for me same day, even helping me by delivering the car to my house (nearby) because my schedule was going to prevent me from being able to pick it up until a few days later. They always answer the phone, are incredibly helpful, and are thoughtful to the customer experience.The Honda Accord was super clean and fun to drive, with some advanced safety features.Just fantastic. Thank you!

I knew going into it that I would have to return it back to the same location. Everyone who helped me were extremely nice and answered any questions I had. They were courteous enough to let me know each time the insurance company extended the rental.
August 13 · Danielle JoynerGuys, you charged my credit card and not my debit after we discussed this and verbally confirmed this 5 or more times.You also charged my debit card a dollar when you shouldn't have. That dollar hold was only meant for having the debit on file SO YOU WOULD CHARGE IT INSTEAD OF THE CREDIT CARD.You never know what people are dealing with. It is NOT ok to make this mistake.The car was also pretty clean on the inside, but dirty on the outside .Appreciate you getting a vehicle to me day of though.
August 02 · Victoria LobThe manager at this locatiuon should be fired, what a joke and 0% customer service skills. I reserved a vehicle the day before for a one-way rental, as I was dropping off my daughter to move-in to NC State and needed a vehicle to drive back home. The morning of drop-off I get a call that they had no cars available. The person on the phone told me they are expecting cars around 4 and to call back around noon. I call at noon and was told they are not expecting any vehicles and for me to call other locations to see if they had cars. I told them this was NOT my job to be calling around, and they said they would see what locations had cars and would call me back. Hours pass and no calls, I call back and ask to speak to the manager, he gets on the phone and tells me there's nothing he can do and said to me "Have a good day and safe trip back home" and hang up the phone!!!I finally get to calling around the different Enterprise locations and finally was able to secure a vehicle at the RDU Airport around 3:30 PM after hours of calling around.Enterprise management, I hope you look into this, not a good look for your business.
