This review is both constrictive feedback for the poor structure that corporate uses and the unfair demands placed on the local team.I called the number listed on google maps for this location on a 4pm on a Wednesday. I got re-directed to a corporate call center to book a reservation (they get paid to book reservations). While on the phone with corporate, they confirmed a compact car for pickup within a few hours/by close for *this location. Knowing this issue before, I asked twice “are you sure that inventory is correct? Corporate does not always have the accurate inventory list”. The corporate employee repeatedly confirmed/reassured me “yes. They have this available. I assure you.” Corporate also told me I could show up 5 minutes after closing and “they would still help you.”Fast forward about 30 minutes. I call the number listed on Google maps again to check on a reservation. I actually got ahold of the local team. EMILY was a tremendous help. She gave me the unfortunate news that they had no compact cars and the next size up (small SUV) would be about $5-$10 more/day. She also confirmed a prompt close at 5:30pm. I said that I knew corporate messed up. Without me asking for assistance, Emily placed me on hold to help problem solve. She said a compact car that was supposed to be returned tomorrow was in changes to be returned today. She was going to call the customer to confirm and then call me back. Emily did exactly that and confirmed a compact car! When I arrived to pick up the car, very efficient and friendly customer service. Thank you Team Hendrick for cleaning up after corporate’s mistakes.
February 12 · Jessica MahI had an amazing experience and I’m only on day 2. After I got into a wreck I dropped my car off to Caliber and Henry brought my rental to me. He was very personable and made a stressful situation easy and enjoyable. Once I left I quickly realized that the car he brought me wasn’t going to be a good fit for personal reasons. I reached out to Henry and he was very apologetic and told me to come in to get switched. I brought it in the next morning and was in and out in 5 minutes. Henry definitely has amazing customer service in a day and age where that sometimes gets lost. If you have to visit this location I would absolutely recommend seeing if Henry is available to help you!

May 27 · Chandu MandaHorrible Customer Service. They lied to me about leaving multiple messages about the change in my insurance approval/rental availability before I arrived. I 100% know they did not leave a voicemail because I leave my voicemail full so no one can leave messages and I have no new voicemails. I have one (just one) missed call from them 2 days before I arrived. No voicemail.When I arrived and they had the larger vehicle reserved, I said I would take a smaller caror whatever was approved and Henry told me he would take care of my upgrade and would call the insurance company to get it approved. I asked them via text the next day to check on the upgrade approval. They didn’t respond for almost 24 hrs and when they finally did the lady working said I had to pay the difference and that no one ever said they would take care of it and it was my fault bc they left me messages about not getting the upgrade approved and I owed them the difference.From reading the reviews it sounds like they do this a lot. I would choose another location if I were you.
