This is the second Hertz location I've rented from in the past year, and it was nothing but a headache. There was no employee present when I initially went to pick up my vehicle at 2pm. We looked all over, and decided to leave for dinner. When we returned, she was there and it really seemed that our experience would be really positive. The pick up process was very quick and the car was exactly what I reserved. Because I'm a gold member and have a corporate discount, I receive a discounted rate. A few hours into my ride, my bill was sent at a rate of 6 times what I consented to. There is no contact information that will take me to a live person to address the expensive billing issue. When I returned the vehicle at 3:30 the next day, there was NOBODY ANYWHERE ON PROPERTY. Along with another frustrated customer, who was unable to pick up his rental, we searched the rear of the building and waited for over a half an hour before giving up. I cannot recommend this location. It is likely my last rental with Hertz. Buyer beware.

July 19 · Jvwc vwcAbsolutely terrible service. Manny was extremely unprofessional and screamed at me on the phone while trying to settle payment. I was setup to rent by the company repairing my car after a collision. I provided a card to begin the service, but the other party involved in the collision had called Manny to switch to their credit card to which Manny flew off the handle at them as well. When asking to speak to a manager a fake number was provided.The rental car they gave me malfunctioned and wouldn’t let me reverse, when I tried calling for help and an exchange they told me they didn’t have anything for me nor did they seem to care I had a car I couldn’t reverse in.They also charged my credit card almost $900 a full month after the car was returned. Beyond unprofessional and scammers.
February 27 · Jordan ZaretI am deeply disappointed with Hertz. I rented a car through my insurance company and everything was great until the delivery of the car. Upon returning the car, a few days later they debited $149 from my account for the toll pass. While I agree that I used it a few times, the usual charge is $3 to $4 per toll. The company they work with, Plate Pass, is trying to overcharge me. Instead of $12 or $13, they are attempting to charge me $149. If you are ever thinking about renting a car with them, please ensure they won't do the same to you.
