My Tesla was being repaired through insurance so I was set up with a rental with Hertz because the Tesla collision center told me they work with them to get people in Teslas and they had one available for me. I got shuttled there and was helped almost immediately. I asked to make sure that the Tesla rental was covered under my insurance and they told me yes it was.I was placed in a Tesla but it was the most disgusting rental. There was an awful heavy cologne smell. It was as if the seat belt was drenched in it like someone was trying to mask smoking in the car. The smell would get on my clothes, hair and any items I left in the car. The center console was not cleaned as there was coffee stains on it. There were also weird stains on the seats.I call the office 2 days later asking if I could switch to another vehicle cause I couldn’t stand the smell anymore and it as giving me a migraine. They told me they didn’t have any vehicles and told me to try back next week. I try again and they said they only have gas suv vehicles. And they said they would have to charge me more to switch cars! Even after explaining that I was given a dirty smelly car by them!Thank goodness Tesla collision center had a loaner available so I switched into a different car thanks to them and not to Hertz. The Tesla collision center coordinated with hertz to pick up my rental. I later get a receipt from Hertz charging me an extra day of rental (they recorded the wrong time) and charges for taxes and VLF.I never had to deal with this when I went with enterprise. Definitely not going to ever rent from this location again!

They told me I would get a midsize car and a special offer from the manager. When I got there, they said the special offer for today is a Nissan Versa. I had no idea what a Nissan Versa was. When I saw the car, I said, "This isn't midsize; you charged me for a midsize car." They said, "No, you chose a car that seats four people and has space for one suitcase." I said, "Is this the special offer? This car is much cheaper than what I paid for." They said I could cancel, but I was in a hurry to get to work, so I took the car to get on with my day.After getting into the car, I noticed it had a terrible smell, and the steering pulled to the right and left. This was my worst car rental experience. I messaged Expedia, telling them the car had issues and was dangerous to drive. They replied that they would contact the manager and let me know, assuring me not to worry and expressing their concern.I am attaching a screenshot of Expedia's email to show that the car rental company neither took the car back nor refunded me, nor did they offer any discount or compensation to make us happy.When returning the car, they repeated that they had stated it seats four people and has space for one suitcase. My question is: all cars, from Benz and BMW to this cheap, worthless car they gave me, can seat four people. The price for this special offer on their own website is $35 per day, but I paid $47 per day for this so-called special offer.Of course, I know that this review will not affect this business in any way, but this path will continue for this branch. I just wanted you to know that before buying or renting anything, be sure to check how that company's behavior has been with customers in the past.

Despite the language barrier and my absence due to being out of state, the staff went out of his way to assist my parents. He was incredibly kind and understanding, making every effort to help them navigate the situation. Despite a delay caused by traffic, the staff even took the initiative to call me to ensure everything was alright. His dedication to customer service and willingness to go above and beyond truly impressed me. I highly recommend this location for their outstanding service and professionalism. Additionally, I want to commend the staff member who assisted my parents, although I'm not sure about his name.
May 28 · Hayoung Nam (Haley)Rented a car thru triple AAA put money for a down payment for rental to reserve. but when I got to hertz a half hour late they said no cars left except electric. Which I don’t know how to use on the electric fill up part. Someone said you need to park your car for an hour to fill up. I don’t have that kind of time. So I left and went to Enterprise got a car right away no problem which was just across the street. A very nice one SUV. No wonder they don’t have very many around.
March 21 · Grace ZambranoFirst, Looks like Hertz or at least this rental office has customers in different class bracket. I was denied a ride to pick up my car (after renting a car for a week) because my claim or rental didn’t come from the shop they had to take me. The mechanic shop was only 1.6 miles away 6 min driving and I showed them that that’s how I know. I ended up walking.Second, I made my reservation through AAA and at the time of pick up no vehicles available. I had to go back 2hrs later to pick it up. I had to go back to my car to wait for towing truck and find my way around since no other options were available. Only another car that was more than double the original price.
