★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND. I booked a Chevy Cruze with them thru Turo for a week. Encountered issues the first day. Car had a bad jerk that gradually got worse between day 1 & day 7. It didnt matter if it was in park or drive and it just kept getting worse. The check engine light came on after the first 24 hours. I inquired about both and was left UNANSWERED & IGNORED the entire time I had the car. The car was NOT ready at pickup because it was supposedly being “cleaned” but the car was TRASHY when I got it. There was an old sock in the back on the floor, there was someones Checkers trash left inside the cupholder in the back and had been pushed into the seat (check pics), there was sticky stuff left inside both cupholders. The car was not clean whatsoever! PLEASE save your money!!! Give it to a PROFESSIONAL who DESERVES the money! THESE PEOPLE ARE BAD BUSINESS !!!!!!! AND THE OWNER HAD THE AUDACITY TO LEAVE ME A BAD REVIEW ON TURO AND TOLD ME TO “STAY AWAY”. Jokes on YOU bud! I HAVE A CAR NOW AND GUESS WHAT ITS CLEAN!!!!! AND RUNS GREAT! February 12 · Alexus MartinIt’s a bad experience all together my first time I thought the car I rented could break down but it didn’t just drove werid ended up returning the car a the owner never closed me out he charged my card for three days and I no longer even had the car had to wait for a refund my second time I rented a car the one I picked had registration issues so he put me in a minivan that I didn’t ask for instantly when he brought the vehicle out you could here when it was running it was going to have issues 2 hours after leaving the car seemed like it wanted to run hot I parked it the next day the van actually broke down on me ran hot and cut off while I was driving on the highway my daughter was in the car we could have gotten hit the car just stopped I reached out to the owner he was unprofessional and didn’t treat me as a priority it took him for every to have the car towed off the middle of the highway but then on top of that he didn’t want to put me in another car and declined my refund like I was supposed to pay for a car I couldn’t even get usage out off I wouldn’t refer no one to this business
