Then they argued with us for 30 minutes on the phone telling us that we need to not only wait another hour or so for our new car to be available but that we would need pay more money for the car!!! So not only did they cancel last minute, inconvenience us, delay our travel plans, they wanted US to pay for this!

I won’t be renting outside of Boston again. I’ve always been safe while driving, returned the car in perfect condition with the gas tank full and on time. This past rental last week, I was charged $200 deposit without agreeing to it. It’s been 5 days and my $200 is still not back in my account. They did not send a notification about a new deposit policy via email or while I was checking out. I read everything like I usually do. Very unhappy with the customer service over this issue.

When I contacted customer care, they requested a full refund or for me to book another trip with the Sky Rocket prices. This is unacceptable. I would not recommend TURO to anyone; it is better to obtain service from a regular company. This service is not functioning properly.

Despite their mistake, they refused a full refund and instead charged us for their error. Their customer service was unprofessional unreasonable and unhelpful, and their policies seem very unfair. I'd advise others to consider alternative rental options to avoid similar bad experience

A customer totaled my car entirely and Turo claims adjuster paid not even the half of the damage.The customer let the driver ran from the “scene” and it was a hit and run case. But what happened to the damage that was caused to my car? It would never be the same again. I am adding photos of my car in this review.Turo is even reluctant to accept the claim for the toll reimbursement/cleanup after a customer.The money I made by Turo I ended up spending a lot more!
