The service associate there said that is okay, it will be after hours so drop the key and the camera at the location verifies the time the car was return. Apparently, I should have filled out a form on the back of the car rental to say when I dropped the car off as there are no cameras there. I was not told that, never got a walkthrough of the car and the car had no window washer fluid in it, none. Like how does that happen if someone is actually checking over the cars? I'm a preferred member, have a rented numerous cars from Avis and the service this go around was terrible. They would not honor me returning the car early and charged me for an extra day. This particular shop is not run well and overall; Avis needs to do better. I'll take my business elsewhere.

I go to drop my car and she said just leave the key and you can go to go. I asked for my receipt and she was on her phone talking somebody else so I make her to work so then she said now I have to check your car she check my car and she charged me $450 for the cleaning, which is when I pick it up the car the car was already dirty and the guy told me they don’t get time to clean it out. I was like OK that’s fine then I called the company Omaha when I pick up the car, the guy said yeah the car was dirty. I took the picture and I sent it to him. He helped me out to get a refund but the lady there the African lady black lady she is not supposed to be getting job like that because she was so much rude and so much bad for Customer

The contract states there is a reasonable cleaning fee. $450 is nonsense.Not to mention there were two candles in the car when I got it and one had a broken glass lip. Clearly this attention to detail was not in place when they reviewed the car from the previous renter.

Nicole in Hanover quoted my BF $420 for a truck reservation on Friday, was conveniently not there Sat when he went to pick up the truck so he was then charged $600 and was told that Nicole would honor the original price when she returned to the store. She told my bf on the phone that she would fix it before the truck was dropped off again the following Saturday. My BF was then (with no phone call) charged $1,300!! They gave him the run around on the phone, didn't fix it and proceeded to lie about what she said. I went in to the store to discuss the charges, where nicole (during a pandemic) was not wearing her mask while on the phone and talking to me! She was rude and it was clear that she did not get the job for her excellent client service and it was because she is related to the boss...
