Worst place to do business with. I reserve a car week and half advance, when I when to pick up the car the guy at the counter said they don't have the car they already give it to someone else .said they don't keep the car after an hour if customer doesn't come on time. First I was supposed to pick up at 3h30. But they sent an confirmation email telling me pick up will be at 5h30. I arrived at 5h30 like they said and they don't have the car and telling me I am late. They didn't do anything to help me. If I could give zero star I would.

Interacting with this location was the worst rental experience that I have ever had. Management is careless, fraudulent, and greedy. When I arrived to pickup my rental, I was told that they did not have the car class that I had prepaid for. When asked if I could be compensated for taking a smaller vehicle he replied that he could not. Next, I was told that the car that I would receive was being cleaned and would be around shortly. It was filthy when it arrived. He did apologize for that. Lastly, after returning the vehicle on a full tank of gas, I was later charged for a refuel; even though my electronic receipt showed that the car was returned full. Honestly, I wasn't surprised by this because I could tell from my initial checkout interaction that this establishment was greedy and likely fraudulent.

Wonderful experience at Budget Car Rental! In expectation that there would be no cars available because it was Father's Day weekend, I was pleasantly surprised to get a great vehicle at a great rate. Service was quick and excellent. Kudos to the agent who helped me whose name I've forgotten! Grant? Bryce? Agh, please check to see who worked around noon the Monday after Father's Day and applaud/reward his efforts!! I'll definitely rent from this location again.

Terrible experience!I went to pick up my moving truck that was reserved a week in advance. My truck was reserved for 12 pm, and I arrived at 130 pm due to traffic. When I arrived, I was informed that my truck was "given away." I was told that they will hold your vehicle for 1 hour before giving it away. I still have yet to find any information that was sent to me via email or text stating this policy, nor did they give me a courtesy call like most companies will to ensure if you still need the truck or whatever it is you are trying to rent. The gentleman "searched" around to find another truck but told me that there's negative 10 trucks available, which led me to assume that there never was a truck available. No apologies, no nothing, just a terrible experience by Budget. Beware, and read all the reviews because I definitely witnessed other situations while waiting..
