But I had all of the documents on my phone and I was willing to provide them everything needed. So he refused to assist. The locations I reached out to manager’s mentioned that I could have had them sent to the store and he could have printed them. Simple. I called the customer support and Manager’s Relations they tried to speak with him on my phone but he declined. They said he could have easily helped me and I could have been well on my way.I requested the manager but he mentioned that the manager was not in. Enterprise was Sold out they were my first choice of course because their customer service is Awesome! So I had to result to reserving with Budget 👎🏽….. THE LOW CLASS GUY CHRIS THAT WORKS THERE IS DEFINITELY NOT HAPPY TO BE WORKING THERE. THE WAY HE CARRIED ON WAS INSANE. HE WAS DIFFICULT FOR NO REASON AT ALL. ITS CLEAR HE HATES HIS JOB!!! The other managers at other locations could not believe his actions and that they would miss business all because they did not want to assist with my documents. Poor judgment, poor call. Which explains why all of the nearby Enterprises were sold out and Budget still has several cars sitting here.. smh 🤦🏽♀️ never again in my LIFE!!!

That size truck that I reserved online was not available at their location Lady on the phone at that location told me she had a smaller option for me which would not work for my needs and refused any other support to rectify the situation I was told that either I rent the smaller option or I do not rent from them.Tried to call multiple other locations some of which the lines were disconnected some of which did not have the size truck. I required either and had no solution for me.Spoke with customer service they told me it would be 15 min- 2 hours before somebody would reach back out to offer a solutionIt has now been over two hours and I have yet to receive a call with any kind of solutionThis has cost me time and money for tomorrow and budget does not care about you or your business or anything else other than their bottom lineCustomer service sucksRent ability sucksEmployees are rude and do not want to help you
July 22 · Corey KimberleyThis place was a joke, reserved a car 2 day prior and they sent a confirmation email that says you have to have a copy of your insurance policy and received a voice mail saying they closed at 6 to please be there by 5:30. Got there at 5:15 was then told if I didnt pay with a major credit card and was paying with a debit card even from a major bank I had to to have copies of bills in my name with my the same address on it. My wife asked why the email did say that we needed the copies of the bills and the girl responded by saying" if you had called back after I left a voice mail then you would have known... but whatever " and my wife explained she called back and spoke to a man but the voice mail said be here by 5:30 because we close at 6. There was some discussion about the car being rented in her name but pay with my debit card and utility bills in my name and there again she replied by saying if she called back from the voice mail she would have known and my wife said I dont understand why you have a problem with me but told her the attitude wasn't necessary and the girl said if you want to go print your bill off you have to go to the ups store down the road and be back by 5:30 as it was 5:22 my wife said and how is that possible. She just kept walking around with no offering of we could try this or if you make it back quick my we could do it ...she just said its not my problem. My wife explained that it was ridiculous we were put in that position and she just "well" as she scratched her head there again referring to the voice mail and said i just wont rent to you...so my wife asked her for a manager name and number and she gave a pamphlet with a customer service number on it and i asked her for her name and she said "Mary" and my wife tried to call but it was after hours so as we were leaving we listened to the voice mail she left and her name was not Mary but sounded like she said Ledger from budget ...and we will be calling customer service tomorrow to complain.
July 16 · Thomas TaylorThis location is the most unprofessional insane experience I have ever went through. I wasted 2 hours of my life for nothing....1. They didn't have my car and claims she tried to call. I told her I don't have a missed call..she told me it went straight to voicemail (my phone was on the entire time). I asked why didnt she leave a voicemail or call back? Her response was *she's been busy" 😒2. I prepaid for this car! Then I was told there would be a $300 deposit which is insane! So I had to settle for a smaller car but my credit cards are on tap but they don't take tap.3. If you want to use debit- you have to have *printed* utility bills and tell you to go to UPS to get them.4. First bill wasn't excepted because it said *past due* but it wasn't past due. It was just the most recent bill available.5. Second bill wasn't excepted because it was in my ex-husband name.6. Tried to not except third bill because it said *payment amount due* even though it CLEARY SAYS autopay 7/12.PLEASE RUN FAR FAR AWAY!!!
July 20 · Alexandria CloudSuch a horrible experience! I’ve bought way too many rentals to continue to have to go through nasty & unprofessional behavior like this. First, when I got there the man was very unwelcoming with a very nasty demeanor. Then the lady Nicole was very unprofessional walking out to the front with no correct greeting as well & fixing her wig as she was so called trying to take care of me. I initially came up there the day before about a rental that I was told I could get as long as I come up there before opening to be first.(I was told first come first served) Nicole then tells me it’s no availability. She then proceeds to tell me I can get you the same van but wanted to charge me 350 dollars per day for 4 days with an additional 59 cent for miles plus 300 dollars deposit on top of that. When I was told I would be able to keep the same price I previously had on the last van. As I settled for another car & got all the paper work & stuff done. Why did they tell me there was no gas in the van I was renting out & told me to just bring it back on a half a tank! Then the man apologizes to the other worker for having to go put gas in the car instead of me. Crazy ! The car wasn’t even correctly cleaned out neither. It had dirt/crum’s in between the seats. The indoors of the car wore dirty & it’s reeks of cigarette smoke !
