You need to tell your drivers to slow the “truck” down. They drive past my house (rural area) like they are in a hurry or late. If they were driving my grama around like that I’d be p!ssed.
October 23 · Casey Cagneyvery poor service1. the driver will not notify you when they arrive. meaning you get to sit out in the rain/snow/cold waiting for them.2. when you go grocery shopping, their policy is only 2 bags or a small container. i buy a months worth of groceries at a time!! so they are trying to force you to use their service more often than needed, hence they make more money. a very weak policy.3. they can change their arrival time and according to their policy, do NOT have to notify you. i had an 830am pick up. i walked out at 815am, just in time to watch the bus leave.4. they could not even get my name correct. bus driver calls in the pick-up, and uses an incorrect name. i tell him my name, and now the driver is confused as to whether or not he is at the correct address!!i have never seen such a poorly run and idiotic business in all my life!!

October 20 · Franky MarininoVery poor service missed three rides that technically wasn't missed because I called and cancelled for the whole week 3 days before the weeks start and I got a letter saying I was suspended from rides for 3 months.....then the doctor I was seeing is 10 min from my house and my pick up from the dr office was 11:45 am I didn't get home until 5pm .... this scenario happens quite often and I would walk but I dont have half a foot on one side and missing toes on the other balance isn't good because of this and also its 10 degrees out side and oh ya I'm 56 ...... worst service I have ever had!
