this experience was… interesting to say the least. long story short, we were given 3 vehicles; none of which were up to par. each was dirty (inside & out). I called customer service to inform them of our experience. Alejandro was very accommodating & nice.upon our return, Brandy (night shift) was the agent helping us. she went over and beyond to rectify the situation. she communicated the entire process and just treated us with the utmost care! I truly appreciate her customer service & hospitality! thanks Brandy!

Worst experience ever! We scheduled a car weeks in advance and even did online "skip the line" booking. Haha! What a farce that is! We've been waiting for over an hour, and a the current pace, will be here much longer... EXTREMELY disappointing and completely ridiculous. This CORPORATE run Dollar Rental Car Center is poorly managed and obviously neglected. There was 1 attendant at the kiosk for both Dollar & Thrifty... He was probably doing his best, but seemed extremely slow nonetheless.Here's the proof... will never rent from the Phoenix location again.

We had an awesome experience using dollar car rentals. Reuben basically saved our lives. After having issues with another car rental place due to being young international drivers, he helped us out so much and basically prevented us from being stranded in the airport. He was very chatty with us and we felt like we were in such great hands with our car rental. We even got a new car. He made the process so easy and made sure we were ok. Which relieved our stresses. Would 100% recommend Reuben and dollar car rentals. Give that man a pay rise for his amazing customer service.

Longest counter line wait I have ever experienced for a rental car in my life. Have been waiting over an hour in line and probably still have another 1-2 hrs before it’s my turn.

My review and the 5 stars I’m rating are SPECIFICALLY for Dee, who helped us figure out why we were charged so much for our vehicle. If it weren’t for her, I’d be giving 0 stars.We clearly stated at the desk: “we are looking for the cheapest thing possible”. We are young and we got taken advantage of by the woman at the airport desk. She told us we could have a “free upgrade”, which we were happy about, only to find out later we were charged $75 for an upgrade we didn’t ask for. Our car ended up costing $300 more than we had planned and researched, ruining our trip overall as we couldn’t do the activities we had planned to.When returning the car, we asked Dee some questions, and she kindly helped us figure out WHY and HOW these charges came into place. We are so thankful that she was able to help us as much as she did. Thank you Dee and I suggest Dollar figures out what’s happening at their airport desks before they deal with someone who will do more than just write a review.
