Most of the staff were courteous and professional. However, I did encounter one individual at the mechanic shop — someone with long hair — who was very rude. Aside from that experience, everything else has been perfectly fine.

However I have been here since 6am it is 12pm and no one touch my car yet. I am the 3rd car. Only the first car has been maintenance.

Only when they want their money or some update on the vehicle is when you hear from them. They will text you to death about issues that had already been resolved. You will inquire charges upon charges for nonsense. I'm sorry they can no longer greet my money.
