★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I use Enterprise a lot. This the first time I used the Riverdale ga location. The manager and staff are confused. I rented a car for two days from Saturday to Monday. I returned the car Monday before 9. There was employee standing outside and informed me that they dont open until 9 put the key in the box. Tuesday I called an talked to the manager about my down payment refund. The manager informed me that I was only getting back $180. She told me that I'm beeing charged an extra day because they car supposed to be back Sunday. I informed her that not true. If they change $90 dollars a day then why did I pay for two days. $538 dollars came out my account. The manager for two days haven't called me back. To explain what they did wrong. I want my full refund back. 2nd, the car windshield was so filthy that I had them re-wash the car. When they brought it back the windshield was still filthy. I will never use the Enterprise location again. The manager is trying to cover up for her mistake. 2nd week mo refund of all my money. The manager know she messed up but refuses to correct it. Then they give me some bullshit help line which don't work. I will be contacting the bbb to get results.

September 18 · Rydell DanielsCustomer service was great, but the wait time was unbelievably long! I had a reservation and still waited over an hour just to get my car, which made me late for my trip. Now I’m returning the car, and the wait time isn’t any better.
October 17 · kenyadah primeI went in this Thursday the 24th. My insurance set it up for me . This Thursday that past I was in a car accident where all my airbags came out . I was also in the vehicle with my 2 sons one which is 1 yr old and the other one whom is 3 . Just imagine the stress load I had when I walked in here . Accident was at 7.30 am and I had a rental around 11 am . I was sore bruised up I could barely move my hand. When I walked in everyone greeted me . Such nice ladies in the front . I was telling them what happened and they were in shock that I was in there soon after the accident. I felt so bad because of the accident. So much stress on me. These ladies rock !!!! I was able to return the vehicle 4 days later and lord forgive me I cannot recall her name it started with a T. She called me to tell me that my deposit was being returned to me and they got the vehicle (I dropped off late on Sunday) who ever that lady was she had the most calming voice. I give this place 5 star . I had never been through this process before and they made it so easy. There is my car at the accident and then the rental they gave me. LADIES THANK YOU .
October 30 · Adriana ArchagaToday has been a day and it’s only 1235pm!! This location is so up and down. One experience is decent, the next two will be horrible, then you might a unicorn of an experience that’s good(at best) not great. Customer service on the phone was on point, however on site needs a revamp. I was told to call at 10:30 to confirm my 11 am pick up. I called and was on hold until 11 before I decided to call back again (I’m at my pick up point at this point). Called and started another hold process, 15 minutes into the hold I decided to call from my second phone and select a different option. Another 30 minute hold on phone number 1, 15 minutes on phone 2. Decided to catch an uber(In which I had to listen to the driver vent about baby momma drama to someone on the phone which you’re not even supposed to be on a call while w/a rider in the car) whilst the odor of chips w/a splash of booty made itself at home in my nostrils!! Still on hold with Enterprise walking in the door while being greeted by someone dealing with a customer (wrapping up) and another lady walks in to assist me after she fumbled around and eventually found her way to the counter to address me. By then the other person still hadn’t thought to address the call I was holding on nor did the fumbling lady. They each had opportunity to check the line. Instead the guy takes another call in which there lack of urgency seemed to cost them a city contract (That’s a big deal) and starts going back and forth with his coworker on the phone, then gets off the the phone venting to my agent seeming to place blame on the person from the city that WAS there for pick up, I’m guessing they left, I wonder why!! At this point I finally hang up the phone after 44 minutes of hold on that call total almost an hour and 15 minutes hold time collectively. I told the agent that assisted me about my hold experience and she didn’t seem to care, energy seemed to be that of someone thinking “Cool story bro” in their head with no form of an apology or etc like someone in customer service would do just to put a band aid on it. Needless to say her overall demeanor was cool and she wrapped me up but the whole other side of customer service was a 1. Her overall demeanor warrants a 3.5. Collectively the whole experience was a 2 at best. Oh and telling someone to clock in from their break early because YOU dropped the ball is absolutely crazy work!!
