Situated strategically to serve the communities of Redlands, Loma Linda, San Bernardino, and surrounding areas, this branch is more than just a car rental agency; it is a vital mobility partner for local users who require a dependable ride for business, insurance replacement, or leisure travel. As a recognized industry leader, Enterprise is synonymous with providing high-quality, well-maintained vehicles and a strong commitment to customer service.
This local Redlands branch stands out for its diverse offerings, operating not only as a traditional car rental agency but also as a dedicated van rental agency. This dual capability makes it a versatile choice for a variety of needs, from a quick trip to the University of Redlands to securing a large passenger van for a group outing to Big Bear or a cargo van for moving supplies within San Bernardino County. Furthermore, this Enterprise location proudly identifies itself as women-owned, contributing positively to the diversity of local business ownership in the California marketplace.
While the commitment to excellent service is generally a hallmark of the Enterprise brand, the customer experience can sometimes vary. For instance, while one customer shared a positive and professional interaction with an employee named Rita, highlighting efficient service, friendly demeanor, and a quick "night drop" process, another customer reported a significantly disappointing experience involving vehicle safety concerns, perceived dishonesty about fleet availability, and a significant downgrade in vehicle size. These varied accounts underscore the importance for all California renters to take proactive steps: thoroughly inspect any rented vehicle, confirm their reservation details upon arrival, and communicate clearly with staff to ensure a smooth and safe rental experience. The goal of this branch is to provide a seamless rental process for every single customer.

- Refueling Service Options: Provides flexibility regarding fuel payment, allowing customers to choose between prepaying for fuel, having Enterprise refill the tank upon return (for a charge), or refilling the tank themselves before dropping off the vehicle.

It is worth choosing for the following reasons: its dual capacity as a car and van rental agency provides flexibility for both personal and light commercial/group needs; the benefit of active military discounts shows appreciation for a significant portion of the local population; and the fact that it is a women-owned business is an appealing factor for those who seek to support diverse local enterprises.
Furthermore, the logistical conveniences, such as the full physical accessibility of the facility and flexible payment options including debit cards and NFC, make the rental process hassle-free for a broad base of users. However, in light of mixed customer feedback concerning transparency and vehicle safety, it is highly recommended that renters prioritize a thorough pre-rental inspection of their vehicle, check the fuel level, and be clear about their reservation requirements and expected vehicle class before leaving the lot. By being proactive and leveraging the branch’s wide range of services and attractive features, customers can confidently utilize this Redlands location as their go-to source for reliable and accessible transportation in Southern California.

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1My insurance reserved an SUV for me at the Enterprise location in Covina. After picking up the vehicle, I noticed there was a nail in the tire. I went to the closest Enterprise near my home to exchange it.At that location, they put me in a much smaller sedan, which was a significant downgrade. Later, my husband noticed the brakes were scraping, raising serious safety concerns. We returned again to request another vehicle. After waiting over an hour, an employee named Brooke told us they only had even smaller vehicles available. However, I saw several cars on the lot and overheard employees telling other customers that they were waiting for more vehicles to arrive — which made the situation even more frustrating and confusing. In the end, I had to drive the unsafe vehicle to another Enterprise branch to try to resolve the issue. This experience was extremely disappointing. I expected better service, more honesty, and — most importantly — safe and reliable vehicles. Please make sure to thoroughly check any vehicle you rent from this location
October 18 · Angelica PalacheJuly 7, 202511:53 amI reserved a vehicle for the 9am on July 6, 2025. The location was appropriately staffed for the amount of incoming and outgoing rentals. I don’t think I spent more than 15-20 minutes before beginning the rental process.Rita was the lady who got Nissan Altima rental squared away. I received friendly, fun and professional customer service. I use this location often if I don’t not use Palm Springs or Long Beach airport locations. On July 7, 2025 I received a phone call to go over billing or any questions since I performed a night drop.I always experience great service here and have never been disappointed.
July 07 · ZEPRAT GERNODT (ZEPRATGERNODT)Very nice good and helpful staff. From the counter person, down to the drivers that bring your car. All in between were awesome as well. Love this location
October 02 · Wesley BennettI especially like the fact that after I rented the car the smiles and service continued throughout my rental and when I was due to turn the car in I was in a situation where I was almost out of gas and broke, I didn’t know what to do I tried to borrow some money from friends but they were tapped as well, so I called Enterprise where I rented the car. I asked them to release a portion of my deposit so I could buy gas and take the car back, I was about 70 miles away too. The associate that answered my call said she couldn’t do that but she said that I could return the car to a closer Enterprise location about 2 1/2 miles away. I knew the branch she was talking about as I have rented from that branch as well. She could have slammed a $50 location fee on me and charged the premium price for the gas. I had to return the car with 3/4 of a tank and it was empty when I brought it in. I’m not exactly sure how much gas that model holds but I know it holds more than 16 gallons, let’s just say it holds 16 gallons, so 3/4 of a tank would be 12 gallons @ 7.50 a gallon = $90 + $50 = $140 but Enterprise only charged me $90 for taking the car back to a different location and the fuel I didn’t replace which was at least 12 gallons most likely closer to 14 gallons. So Enterprise cut me a break when they didn’t have to and I really appreciate that a lot!! They do care about their customers and want to keep them and will go the extra mile to see to it that you have a great experience. Also I got my deposit back in 1 day not 2-3 days like they say could it might be!!
October 01 · John ParkhurstI'm going to start even though I think that they're better than two stars but they had a car that should not be in service. First of all the insurance company was supposed to cover the bill. I get there and one of the employees tell me oh no you would only approved for so much and this is the only thing that you can afford. And it's not that I could not afford whatever she was saying like 10 or 15 dollars daily. The issue was I had not but yet to pay for anything on the rental because it's covered by the insurance. In any case they had this I don't even know what the year is but it's a Mitsubishi whatever. It's an entry level car that Mitsubishi has. And it's the most unsafe car I have ever driven in my life.I did tell all the issues the car had, but the employee who was taking care of me did not seem to care she was just trying to brush me off. I even asked her are you not going to take notes on the problems that this car has and she will not keep notes it's still trying to brush me aside.Anyway imagine the license plate and the VIN of this vehicle so that if you ever go there and you see the car do not take the car. You make get involved in a wreck and you may be hurt badly. But why do I say that this Enterprise was trying to make money using a car that was not in proper mechanical conditions? Well let me tell you.First it was a transmission. No no no that's not true. The first thing that I noticed is when I started the car. The car shook a lot and made a lot of noises. You will not expect that from a car that is considered to be say my new. The second issue this car had only 46 and so thousand miles. However, if I accelerated the car wouldn't respond and it will take a long time to pick up speed. And then it was the steering wheel, or to be more precise the whole steering system. I was on the 10 freeway going from Redlands to let's say Fontana so it's supposed to be a straight line, right? Well as I'm trying to change lanes with the poor acceleration of the car, when I finally was in the lane that I thought it was safe for the vehicle, and it was a straight line. However the car continue to move to the right on its own. I mean it will slightly and slowly change direction without me pressing any input to the steering wheel. Then there was a situation where I found that I needed to break and accelerate almost at the same time. So this guy cuts in front of me I applied the break with a normal pressure and the brakes will not respond. So I put more force, and then the brakes actually actuated, but it pulled to right to the right. Anyway, so I managed to slow down, and then there was this other guy coming behind me really fast, so I needed to accelerate to get out of the lane and car would not respond. It just revved up and shook and... well.I I spoke over the phone to a young man who worked there. Explain what I was experiencing with the vehicle and his excuse which is consistent with what other employees there have treated customers. Anyway, this young man says to me oh that's the way the car is made. That Mitsubishi car has always had those issues and that's how the car is made. Which I understand if Mitsubishi decided to make a vehicle that is not safe to drive that's Mitsubishi prerogative. Enterprise did not have to buy that car. And yet, they did. And whether the car did not have this behaviors when he was brand new, the car had those unreliable symptoms when I had it. Anyway all of this is yours to make sure that you look at the pictures and if you ever are renting a car, and I acknowledge that all the other cars I have ever driven that were rented from Enterprise has been cars and proper mechanical conditions, that is not the case for this car. So don't take the car and save yourself the potential of being involved in a wreck.
