I see a lot of poor reviews due to insurance issues and other strange things, I’ve been a paying customer for several years and wouldn’t want to go anywhere else. Always get a great car, easy in and out transaction and they are always straight up. Pleasure to deal with every time.Be an informed consumer, it’s not the rental companies fault they sold you, the consumer, insurance. How is that a scam? That is a false review because you can’t read fine print.

I paid for my rental, walked to Enterprise in the hot sun WITH my inhaler only for them to tell me that I couldn't rent a car with a debit card when I had a license from another state. Wish I had known that before I walked all the way up there. And no one offered to take me back home as it was hot, and I have asthma. Where is the common courtesy at?
