When I finally called this morning, and of course I can only get the Central number, They did not have the reservation properly and said they were waiting for me to come in and get the car. I said I made it very clear and it’s in my confirmation that I do not have a car. They allegedly are sending the request in again, but I am stranded without a rental car. THEY ARE NO LONGER DEPENDABLE!!!! Use any other company you have success with because this is horrible. I cannot get a car and I cannot get through to the stores themselves. It all gets directed to their central number, so you have no recourse and you can’t get help.Update: I got the store directly. All the information I was given in the reservation that was set up for me is not possible on a Sunday. So they don’t even know what’s going on. The guy at the store was incredibly nice and though it’s not what they do, he is sending a car for me so I can get my rental. But I was lucky I repeatedly calling. I actually got through to the store or I never would’ve known. I wasn’t getting a car today unless I could get there. MONSEY store came through.UPDATE#2 Hours after getting the car it won’t start. A tow is over an hour away and they are Ubering me to a far store to get a replacement. Lost the day.UPDATE #3: had to go an hour away to get the car and they completely screwed up getting the contract to the location. At the location, the guy told me it happens at least once a day. That cost me an extra half hour and then another hour home.As you can see, they asked me to contact them about this issue, so I was hopeful that they were being responsive. WRONG!!! I used the link and there is nowhere to file the complaint or discuss what happened. It just connected me to the home page. Another EPIC ENTERPRISE FAIL!!!!! HELLO HERTZ!

However, a few days later, they sent me pictures of multiple scratches and damages, claiming they were new. I was surprised because I remembered the car being in a different condition when I rented it, and the pictures seemed to be taken in a different location.Despite my reservations, I decided to pay for the damages and opened a claim with my credit card. I even called them multiple times to confirm they had my claim information, and they assured me they had everything they needed. However, without my permission or notification, they went ahead and charged my regular insurance. I was left in the dark, with no one to talk to or explain what was happening.I tried to call them to resolve the issue, but the customer service was unhelpful and rude, putting me on hold for hours and eventually hanging up on me. It was frustrating and infuriating.To be honest, I would advise against dealing with Enterprise Rent-A-Car. Their customer service is unhelpful and rude, and they seem more interested in making money through surprise charges than in providing good customer service.
