A young woman with well pressed permed hair informed me about every manner of way the company was unable to assist me. The issue is systemic, and I suppose the clerks ate numb or not paid enough to care. My time and money are, effectively, wasted. Save yourself time—DONT TRUST THE RESERVATION UBER DRIVERS.

The reservation was confirmed and when you arrive to pick up the vehicle, they say there are no vehicles available, even with the reservation paid in advance and confirmed. And they have over 50 cars in the lot. Just save your time.
