(He picked me up @ 11:15am and we didn't get back until 7:30ish) painfully long day, but he never complained. Not once! There are five different drivers/helpers that come here and every single one of them are deeply kind and patient. Our staff have remarked on the level of compassion and personalized care exhibited by all of the HTM drivers we have encountered. We understand the incredible challenges facing Medicaid transportation companies right now, and are deeply grateful for such continued quality care. Keep up the great work.
August 30 · Mamalina KnotsABSOLUTELY inconceivable! Horrendous beyond description. To give one star a misleading injustice. A genuine no-drama nauseating experience. Driver Matt utterly unprofessional, vile, crude, disrespectful beyond description. Handled my ill 83 yr old father like unwanted cargo, ignored him or anything he said without most basic human respect. Arrived at 1:40 pm for 1pm pickup. Completely emphasized "Respect your schedule & will in no way impede you, but I am parked "illegally" right at hospital entrance so as to be wholly able to follow you without any detriment to your pace." Stated "I am late for 2pm pickup." Whereas he deliberately absconded and literally abducted my father to the eye, taking indirect and evasive routes to wholly evade any possible family inconvenience or personal responsibility (and to the wide-eyed disbelief of his young assistant.) Then attempted to evade me running after loaded vehicle but was halted at entrance red light. I then stated (pointing) "That is my car right there! And I merely asked you to let me get in and follow." Whereas (after unacceptable and unprofessional discourse) and my desired attempt to demand he be unloaded, window was rolled up on me with simple "I'm outta here." and drove away. Got in my car, followed as planned, arrived at destination simultaneously anyhow (with no advantage gained by his vile actions. Asked for his name.. received attempted "schooling" where I respectfully cut him off and said I did ask for your name only. After minutes of reservation and silent refusal it was given with me being told to have a nice day. I confidently presume that if HTM could watch this entire experience even they would deem this utterly and totally unacceptable and EXTREME behavior. Matt has absolutely no business in any human services or human interaction profession. This will be state reported and I adamantly advise any customer ask driver's name before subjecting any cared about person to this sort of callous, unprofessional and vile experience.

Driver Matt should be fired- the way he speaks to patients and their family members is horrible.Matt was was rough with the patient when loading them and verbally abusive.
