Unethical "supplemental" practices-- claiming insurance MAY need to be purchased/additional fees added, however was told it was mandatory at checkout which increased my total to nearly 100$. For that price I could've gotten a much nicer vehicle with another carrier. When I mentioned this to the virtual rep he tried gaslighting me.Also, they ARE NOT located at the airport; you will be shuttled from the airport to the Doubletree Hotel, a nearly 30 min drive away. I was on a time crunch and expecting to get to my vehicle right away but instead had to wait an hour for the shuttle (as it only makes the trip to the hotel once an hour) then endure the 30 min drive. That would've been fine had I known to expect that. So, I was more than late for my appointment and with the extra fees added, I literally paid for the disappointments.Don't expect a clean vehicle or even a walkthrough to ensure vehicle is in optimum condition; mine was dirty inside and out and there was a carseat left in the back of the vehicle. I also had ants crawling on the inside of my windshield, which is very distracting when driving.Lastly, be very cautious if you arrive after dark. The vehicles are not parked in a secure area or garage- it's literally in the parking lot of an abandoned restaurant. The rentals are sandwiched between 4 semi-trailer beds on the backside of the hotel entrance. It was sketchy-feeling. This is the last time I will go with this carrier, as I've never had an experience like this before, and I'm still awaiting the return of my $300 security deposit.
September 29 · Enaturally Meabsolute terrible experience - do not recommend. Tried to save some $ with a car rental, and would rather have paid a few $ more anywhere else! Terrible customer service, not helpful at all, really poor instructions on how to get to the desk (had to leave the airport to the hotel, and all of that was a mess), their free shuttle is a giant pain to try to find and wait for (we ended up ubering to the hotel to get the car). The kiosk at the hotel is ridiculous - no one is even there, you have to call on their phone to some random person virtually & even though we had checked out online and reserved the car already - there was quite the lengthy / sketchy process to even pick up the car. At drop off, again no one is actually there and they don't answer their phone when you call. AND we're still waiting on the $500 additional deposit to be returned, more than a week later and after 2-3 phone calls to them asking why. Our drop off was on time and in great shape. ONLY positive at all was the car was decent the whole time. I wish we had not rented from here!

Our flight was delayed two hours and by the time we got to the Double Tree hotel that hosts (?) the rental company, they had closed. The hotel workers wanted us to call Nextcar, but we couldn't get a hole of anyone. This was around 2300. We booked through Expedia and they requested a refund, but Nextcar denied it. I'm sure if we saw the horrible reviews and knew we were booking specifically through this company, we wouldn't have bothered. Would not recommend. We are disputing the charge.We were able to book a car through Ace car rentals and they were great and open 24hrs a day. I wouldn't book with them again.Most places don't even charge you until you pick up the vehicle. The price was a lot cheaper than everywhere else, but since we never actually got the vehicle and had to deal with non-existent customer service, we got a pretty crappy deal. They also go by Cargreen.
August 10 · Aireanna CabreraBooked thru expedia. Our flight got delayed and it was closed by the time we arrived. You have to use a hotel shuttle to get to it but that only runs once every hour.They don't have car pick up during afterhours and customer service doesn't answer calls or reach back for voicemails.We attempted to get a refund since a vehicle has not been picked up. They have not responded to expedia or us in terms of a refund. At this point at least say no we can't have our money back for a car that we never got. Disputing the charge, so wish me luck.Do not use these guys, I paid for it not looking at these other reviews prior to booking. Don't let it be you

We had to rush through airport to get to terminal 1, taking outside tram and inside tram; then the shuttle to an hotel. If we didn’t do thato we would have to wait til the top of the hour. The location is 16 minutes away from airport. It was so stressful.When we arrived to get car, they did not have the mid car which we reserved and paid for and got stuck with an economy which was problematic for travel situation. We reserved this car months ago.The rental company has not addressed the situation. We were charged for mid size even though we were given economyI would advise not to use this company
